I love that there is no taste AT ALL and I can easily mix with water or smoothies for an extra protein boost. It is too soon to tell if it's done anything for hair/skin/nails just yet. Make sure if you mix with water that you add it little by little and mix the entire time, otherwise it'll get chunky.

Overall this collagen is a good one. I've been using this brand for a little over a year. Over the past 3 years I've tried several different brands and collagen types in search for the one that fits all my needs. Just for reference I'm 52 yrs old, in good health and weight and regularly workout at the gym. I am wanting a collagen that addresses anti aging skin benefits, supports healthy joints and bones as well as healthy hair and nails. Due to hereditary traits, I already have severe arthritic hands. Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides works pretty well for the arthritis in my hands comparatively to other brands but as a downside, I feel like my skin is somewhat dry and non hydrated even though Vital Proteins contains hyaluronic acid. So I recently strayed for a couple of months to a competitive brand that also has hyaluronic acid. (FYI- Not many brands contain hyaluronic acid). This other brand also contained 5 types of collagen vs. Vital Proteins containing only 2 types. The other brand most definitely made my skin feel softer and more hydrated- I'm thinking because it had the added marine collagen in it, but it did not help with my aching arthritic hands at all. My hands ached so much that I ultimately came back to Vital Proteins. With that said, I wish Vital would come up with a collagen blend that fits all of my needs. My summary of Vital Proteins- Pros: Dissolves completely into hot beverages, has no taste, helps with arthritic hands and has the added Hyaluronic Acid, but I wonder if it's doing anything as it lacks skin hydration effects. Cons: Skin feels and looks dry

I do not go a day without my collagen peptides! yes it is an acquired taste & smell but the difference in my hair, skin, & all around body is a tell tale sign it works wonders. I have been using this product for over 6 months and never plan on stopping !

I am terrible at taking supplements and vitamins. I have tried numerous tricks and I just end up forgetting, every time. When I bought Collagen Peptides, my boyfriend laughed and wondered how long they would sit on my shelf. To both his AND my surprise, they were gone within 3 months. I bought the small container to start, and because I add it to my daily coffee, it was SO much easier to remember to add it in. It is actually flavourless (which I was doubtful of to begin with). But that means that it doesn’t ruin my coffee, and I feel extra good knowing that there are added health benefits to my daily coffee routine! I CANT WAIT to try out the creamers (insert drooling face).

Been using for about three weeks, started with one scoop daily. When second container showed up already I just went up to 2x/day. Product mixes great in my coffee and does not change flavor at all. No complaints, just think maybe too new to notice benefits of product, particularly was looking for improvement to skin. Will reevaluate after another month

I like this product because it has no added flavor, so I can have it with or in almost anything. I have used this product before, and I sort of (not 100%), that is working for me. I am not really sure how to measure that, but I ordered it again, so that must mean something.

I cannot remember who recommended collagen peptides for my stomach issues, but I am so glad they did. I have always had low level nausea. Nothing helped and I just accepted that it was part of my life. I started adding it to my smoothies. Within a week, my nausea improved. Now, if I skip more than a day, the nausea starts coming back. The added bonus is improved hair and skin!

Someone shared info with a coworker about Vital Protein who passed it onto me. After researching the product & reading the reviews, I purchased it. After finishing my 1st container, I saw a difference in my skin, nails, & overall well being. I started my 2nd container last week. I have told 2 people so far about it. Yes, i highly recommend this product.

This is my fifth month using this product, I can see an improvement on my skin, also helps me feel fuller so I eat less. My hair is fuller and looks really healthy. I haven't feel any improvement in my joints discomfort at all. My opinion is that It helps you more with your lines of expression, your skin and hair, but it does not help to reduce the pain or inflammation of your joints. The taste is not good but tolerable, and also has a weird smell.

I put these collagen peptides in my coffee every morning to not only increase my protein intake, but I find it helps with my digestion, hair, and nails. I didn't use it for about 2 years due to a specific food plan. After adding it back in for the last almost 2 years, my hair and nails are growing significantly faster! No taste whatsoever and mixes smoothly in hot liquids. I've only put it in cold liquid once, mixed best with a frother!
