I am pretty amazed by this product. I am on my feet for at least 8 hours a day, concrete floors and have been fighting Leg, feet and back pain for years. After 12 days of taking vital proteins my body is feeling great and I can't believe the energy I have. I'm 57 and I'm hoping I have found the product that's makes me feel my best. I am on my 3rd container of this wonder product. I take 2 scoops with either coffee or smoothie (for a total of 20mg) daily along with my beauty gummies (also made by Vital Proteins) and I must say that there is a substantial difference in the texture of my skin. Also the strength and length of my hair and nails is remarkable! I have also noticed that my joints are not so stiff in the morning when I am trying to exercise. Love it! A must try!!

I know there are so many benefits to collagen and I’m so glad that I found this company that I feel I can trust. I am a runner and someone who exercises daily (with rest of course) and I’m also someone who wants to have healthy skin and nails. For the past 5 years, I haven’t had any day without having my collagen coffee. I take them along with me wherever I go. Also carry small sachets if I’m on a trip. This is the FIRST THING I put in my system after a huge glass of water. I add this to my black coffee, along with MCT oil and make it bullet proof. Have recommended this to all my students who workout with me, as this has been a GAME CHANGER in my life. Should I say more? :)

I was surprised at the bitter taste of this product. I've ordered collagen peptides twice before from other brands. I wanted to try this brand, but unfortunately we will be going back to what we used before. Other than the bitter taste (which makes me unsure about this product), everything else was fine.

I use this in my protein shakes and love it. My body feels so much better when I use it. The problem for me is, I don't always want a protein shake. I have tried the packets but, the dose is so much less than the scooper. I wonder if the pills are also less? can't put it in my water I don't drink it fast enough. Guess it's in the coffee for me.

I really love the collagen peptides. I've been using them in my morning shakes for a couple months now. I've noticed a definite improvement in the strength of my ankle which I injured a couple months ago very badly. I've since reduced the dosage, but love the product and am glad it is grass fed. My skin has even reaped the benefits too :)

I've only gone through one container, and people have noted my skin looking more clear. I was experiencing hair thinning, and while I do think it's helped, I plan to buy another order to confirm my results. Basically, so far, so good and seeing improvements in my hair and skin!
