I bought this item about a month ago, I started using it right away, once per day. I wasn’t paying much attention until I forgot to use it for about 4 days and my knees were achy- that’s when I noticed that it was helping my knees. I've only been taking this supplement for a few days, so I can't speak to the long term effects. However, it is DEFINITELY not tasteless - I've tried it in water (yuck), orange juice (ok) and tea (takes away the joy) and so far have been able to taste it in everything, even with less than half a scoop. I'm going to continue using it, because I paid for it and am seriously interested in results for hair, but fair warning if you're not someone who can jive with beverages that taste a little dusty.

I like the flavorless collagen peptides because I'm not a big fan of flavored drinks and I can easily mix it into my water when I workout without a weird taste. However, I do sometimes have residue on the bottom of my water bottle and it gets a bit foamy. I think a blender bottle is probably the way to go.

Even though it is "unflavored" I could taste it in everything that I put it in and did not like the taste sadly. I have heard amazing things about this product so I was sad that I didn't like it. I have since tried the vital proteins water and that was great! Yay!!
