I bought this two months ago and used it all up! I Honestly could see and feel a difference in my skin. No icky after flavor at all. My only negative comment is there is a little bit of clumping if you don't mix it immediately in a warm liquid like coffee. I tried the cold water and it didn't go so well. Overall the product is great!

What I've really noticed the most about getting adequate protein in my diet supplemented by Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides is that my fingernails don't split or peel anymore! They also seem to grow faster but I think that's because they are healthier in general. As a former nail biter decades out, peeling was still a frequent problem even when keeping my nails thoroughly moisturized. The only difference lately has been Vital Protein and it blends right into my morning coffee with milk! Perfect!

I have taken this every day now for almost 30 days and am starting to notice a difference in my skin. My hands feel moisturized even with cold weather and constant hand sanitizer use, and barely ever using lotion! I am hoping with continued use I see the effects with my joints. I figured out I just have to pit it in a hot liquid for it to dissolve easily.

I add this to my coffee every morning and haven't noticed any flavor difference at all, especially if you use a flavored creamer also. I have found that if you just put your scoops in your coffee right after you pour it in your cup, and let it dissolve on it's own with no stirring, it dissolves completely and will not get clumpy like some other reviews mention. I've been taking this for about 2 months and can definitely notice a difference. My muscles recover more quickly after workouts, I have new hair growth, and skin feels tighter. About a month after I started using this product, I noticed the skin on my face felt tight, almost dry but it wasn't dry at all, my skin is actually tightening! Overall a great purchase and can't wait to see how much more my hair and skin improves the longer I take it!

When I use this in hot drinks I put it in the cup and add the drink and stir and it dissolves. Doesn't wok with cold drinks as it forms clumps which are very hard to stir out. Going to try adding it after the liquid is in the cup and using one of those tiny whisks to see if that works. Other than that, great product!

I purchased this 3 weeks ago and I LOVE it! I mix it in my iced tea every morning. By the way it does clump but by the time I get to work it is dissolved. My skin feels a lot better already. I bought this mainly for my joints since I have RA. It may take more time before I notice it helping but I really love it so far!

I started using Collagen Peptides about a month ago and love it! I use it my morning smoothies, coffee or matcha tea lattes. I've already noticed a difference in my skin; there's this glow and softness I've never had before. I bought the 10oz jar to see if I liked it; I should have bought the bigger one!. This product is great and would highly recommend it to friends and family!

I’ve been reading this a couple months now and I had hair loss behind my ear it is growing my skin soft not itching my bones don’t hurt like they used to when I go up and down the steps I don’t eat as much I feel full I just feel better. It’s a little pricey but I promise it’s worth it I got my daughters on it and she loves it

I start every morning adding two scoops to my coffee. It dissolves instantly and doesn’t change the taste of the coffee. Since I’ve been using this product, I’ve noticed a positive change in my face. My skin appears more resilient and firmer around the jawline. I never want to be without this product.

3.5 stars rounded up. I just finished my bottle of Vital Proteins before it contained Hyaluronic Acid & Vitamin C. I got this one within a week of finishing my last one and there is such a difference. The new Vital Proteins originals doesn't dissolve as well, even when using boiling hot water. I think you can still get the original without the supplements but it wouldn't be cost effective to do so considering it comes in a smaller canister. I will go back to the original without the Hyaluronic Acid/Vitamin C. If it still clumps, I will have to consider a different brand.
