I started Taking collagen because I’ve read reviews that’s supposed to be really good for you and support healthy lifestyle. It’s always good to include more protein. So far, I’m very happy with product and I feel pretty good but there’s definitely an error with the serving size listed on the package. A serving size is 20 g, 4 Tbsp. This is incorrect it would be equivalent to 4 teaspoons or 2 tablespoons. I measured it out on my scale just to make sure I wasn’t losing my mind. Who knows if any of these powders actually do what they say they are going to do but at the very least I’d like to know I’m getting the correct serving size. I actually support the no scoop, packaging, and if there’s a way to make the entire plastic bottle become more earth friendly, that would be a great step in the right direction as well. Who doesn’t have a tablespoon or a teaspoon in their drawer they could easily measure out a serving size with???

My doctor suggested I take collagen to help strengthen my fingernails. I purchased this product and have been using it for about 7 weeks now. Yes, my nails are growing and getting stronger! My hair is also growing and more healthy! So, does it work - yes its a great product. I will continue to use Vital Proteins

I absolutely am in awe of the original collagen peptides unflavored with hyaluronic acid. My hair has grown 4 inches and my skin is almost flawless after 6 months of use. Also I've noticed my joint pain has pretty much gone away. This product is a total game changer. Also my hair seems to have gotten 2 times thicker and actually has body now.

The dry cold air did not seem to be bothering me as much. I had to start clipping my nails a little more frequently and my hair needed to be cut a little more often. I take this daily now and usually throw it in a cup of coffee. There is a little bit of a brothy taste (which makes sense), but its hardly noticable with stronger flavors like coffee or in a smoothie.

I have been using this for 1 week now and I see a huge difference in my body. I am more flexible and a lot more energy. Decided to try taking a collagen supplement and research directed me to Vital Proteins. I really like that this particular product has the hyaluronic acid and vitamin C already in it. I do feel like my skin is better and I just feel better overall. It is very easy to use - every morning in my coffee and I add it to different things all day. It dissolves well and has no taste or smell. I’m sticking with it!
