I love this product. I see the difference and feel it in my skin. The flavor is minimal (I put it hot water with lemon every morning) and I can barely taste it. As far as packaging, I imagine all of these people complaining just don't know how to read instructions. Not only is this more sustainable, it is very easy. Can't recommend enough!

I like the flavorless collagen peptides because I'm not a big fan of flavored drinks and I can easily mix it into my water when I workout without a weird taste. However, I do sometimes have residue on the bottom of my water bottle and it gets a bit foamy. I think a blender bottle is probably the way to go.

I would like to know what have you changed in this product, other than the text on the the label, from "original" to "advanced", that warrants the price increase? If it is the same product "as we have come to love", why then not say the price is increasing, instead of a long, content-empty email to subscribers? Also, the product is no longer manufactured by a Franklin Park company, it is manufactured "for" that company. Please provide a real answer below, instead of asking me to call or email you. Although I bought the beauty collagen first because I wanted the flavors I did purchase the unflavored after looking at the higher levels of collagen. I was floored at how quickly it dissolves even in cold water. I use a glass jar add filtered water first then add two scoops then shake well. I like to drink this very cold so I put it back in the fridge for maybe 30 min. When I get it out it looks like plain water. Yes there is a small taste but it really it’s unflavored. Love it and love what it’s going for my hair, skin, nails & joints.

The serving sizes seem completely wrong. Packaging with scoops says 1 serving size is 2 scoops = 23 g. The non scoops says 1 serving size is 4 tbsp = 20 g. That doesn't add up. 1 tbsp = 14.1g which means 4 tbsp = 56.4g or presumably 2 servings. I measured one scoop to be about 4 tsp which is about 22.8g. This tells me 1 scoop is closer to 23g or a single serving.

My sister raved about this product so I decided to order some for myself. And, I'll fully admit that I was highly skeptical at first. Truly, how many products out there live up to the promises they make? We all know the answer to that: very few. Mostly what we get is disappointment and resentment for having wasted hard earned money on a trash product. Well......I'm happy to report that this product is a rare exception to that rule!!!!! After about a months use (2 scoops in my morning coffee- easily dissolves and its TRULY tasteless) I noticed that my increasingly sparse eyelashes were thickening up! As were my thinning eyebrows! Several months in and I noticed my hair getting healthier looking and I swore it was feeling fuller and thicker. At my next hair appointment my hairdresser confirmed what I had been hoping was true: my hair was thicker!!! I have not noticed much difference in my nails ( but I've got good nails so that's fine) or any major difference in my skin. My face does feel a bit softer but ,sadly, there was no reduction in fine lines or any big difference in firmness or elasticity. Still, the effects on my lashes and hair will. It's DEFINITELY keep me a regular user of this product!

I had never used a collagen supplement before and was skeptical but excited. I love that I can add it to anything without changing the flavor or consistency, I've tried it in cold and hot drinks as well as good. I actually add it to my coffee every morning.

Packaging has progressed from a plastic contact with a secure easy to take off and put on spin on top to an all paper container with a very hard to open to that is not very secure. I would hate to think what would happen if this fell to the floor. This would make a huge mess if it popped open. They also took away the scoop inside long ago. Looking for another brand.

I’ sorry to report that I’ve stopped using this product because of its unpleasant smell and taste despite an expiration date of 2023. My friend whocrecommended this product says that hers is tasteless and odorless. I mixed it with black tea and I definitely notice an unappetizing odor and taste.

I began using the collagen peptides hoping it would help my knees. After using it for just a couple of months my knees no longer hurt when I get up from a sitting position and they don't creak and pop like they were doing prior to the collagen. I have also seen a noticeable difference in how fast my hair and nails grow. Thank you Vital Proteins!
