I put two scoops in my hot coffee (I make sure that my coffee is extra hot so I put it in the microwave for a little under a minute) so it dissolves better. I was skeptical about the brand at first. I thought the celebrity endorsement was the only reason for the price tag. I did a lot of research and found that Vital Proteins is the best out there, high quality, effective, with the perfect amount of vitamins and proteins. Tastes like how all collagen powder tastes, takes about a week to get used to it and once you do, it actually tastes good. It makes your coffee extra creamy. I've been taking it every morning for the past month and I notice a big difference in my nails. My nails are stronger than usual and they do not break as easily. I would definitely recommend this protein powder.

Dissolves quickly.. I add this to my coffee. It is truly tasteless and doesn't add any real texture to the coffee either. After 2 weeks i can start to see a difference in my skin's complexion. And possibly softer skin. Which is saying something I mud indiana winter weather. My hope is it will continue and get more elasticity in my skin and some relief to my joints in my hands its a simple add to my daily routine.

I just started using this again after a few months without it, and it worked almost instantly! The lemon ginger water is the best!! I recommend adding this collagen to a fruit smoothie, or your coffee! Vital proteins is the best collagen on the market due to it's amino acid profile. Awesome stuff!

They must of changed the formula it taste like plastic and is sour not very pleasant . I like the results been using for over three years but just don't like the new taste will have to try a different brand What a shame this was a good product and they ruined it. They removed the plastic scoop and changed the formula to taste like the plastic scoop.

I'm pretty happy with this product. My hair feels softer and I'm finally meeting my daily protein intake with this added to my daily diet. I barely notice a taste which I prefer. And LOVE that the container is 90% paper versus plastic. You have to pay attention to direction when opening container but worth it - the less plastic my food touches the healthier the product is for my body.
