My husband and I were recently in a horrible motorcycle accident. I was the passenger and was thrown 50’ from the crash. We have a video from a nearby surveillance camera. I rolled several times before coming to a stop. I had a lot of sprains, tears and lacerations but did not break one bone! The doctor was shocked when he watched the video. He can’t confirm that is the reason I came out of this accident without any broken bones but now he and his wife are taking it too!

I have been using collagen peptides for a couple months now, and I couldn’t be happier! I’m a rock climber, and I just don’t recover as quickly in my 30s as I did in my 20s. I don’t normally believe in using supplements, and I am not likely to stick with anything that forces me to change anything about my normal routine. This is my one exception because not only does it work, but I have been able to incorporate it seamlessly! One scoop in my morning coffee about 5 days a week makes all the difference in the world for my climbing (I couldn’t find any research demonstrating additional benefit from more than 10 grams a day, so that’s all I take). And you can barely tell it’s there. I take my coffee black, but if you add a little bit of sugar and/or cream, you can mask the flavor entirely. I just don’t feel the need to because it’s so subtle. Climbing is suuuuuper hard on finger skin and tendons, and this allows me to climb harder and more frequently than I was able to previously, easily cutting my recovery time in half. Lastly, while I wasn’t all that concerned with the aesthetic effects of this supplement, I must say that I haven’t been mad about the extra hair thickness :). This will be a lifetime go-to for me!

I am a big fan of this product. I only use 1 scoop a day (I am cheap) but have noticed a big difference in my skin, hair, nails, and joints. Skin is plump and more even colored, hair looks thicker, and my nails are growing so fast its almost annoying. I also used to have joint pain in my hips often, and I just realized yesterday that it is completely gone. I like thinking about all of the unseen things it is doing to help my body on the inside. Highly recommend!

I love this product. I've put it in smoothies, coffee, and added to breakfast muffins. Can't even taste it or tell it's been added. I added it to cold water and drinks as well, you have to stir continuously or it clumps, but still doesn't affect the taste that much. Love this product!

I have been using for four months now. I started feeling results after 2-1\2 weeks. Much sooner than most. And it has continued to work on joints, hair, nails, skin and overall youthful appearance.
