I used an expensive brand marine collagen before trying this Bovine collagen, which was more affordable, and it did much more for me! My hair grew in thicker and stopped falling out and my nails grew so quickly and harder. Sticking to this from now on. The only thing I will say is to be sure it has hyaluronic acid and vitamin C! I ordered one without and my hair started falling out again.

I’ve been using collagen peptides for a few months now. I like that it mixes well with my morning coffee. Dissolve well with warm/hot coffee. I try mixing with chilled orange juice and that doesn’t go well. It clumps up and doesn’t dissolve. I haven’t noticed improvement in overall wellness or skin, hair or nail.

The product is great -- I add to my morning tea and know that I'm getting "vital" nutrients into my diet. I really like to have it while I'm traveling too -- I store in a ziploc bag and take it with me for a boost while I'm on the road. I haven’t used long enough to see any results, so can’t rate for effectiveness. It’s tasteless and not gritty so that’s a wonderful plus. Will continue to use - might help, can’t hurt. It is kinda calorie heavy, however - 70 calories per recommended daily volume.

I finished my first container and definitely noticed an improvement in my skin. However i just can’t stand the taste. If i put it oj i can barely taste it but it ruins the taste of coffe/tea and is horrible in water. I found it to have a slimy consistency. Plus i think it made me constipated. I have paused my auto delivery and not sure i will resume. I am torn because i do feel like i saw an improvement in my skin but not sure it is worth the trade off.

I’be been using vital proteins now for about 3 months. After about a month I really stated noticing my finger nails growing and soon after my hair is thicker. My joints are stable and skin is looking better too. There is no flavor but does clump, so I have to whisk it into my liquids and that works well.

While I have only been taking the collagen for 3 weeks, I believe I’m seeing small improvements in my skin and joints. Love that I can add it to my hot water with lemon in the morning and evening with no aftertaste. I do recommend subscribing to the large size for better delivery and value.

I kept seeing people post about the many health benefits of vital proteins and quite honestly doubted it. But then I tried it and cannot get enough! I am a runner and exercise 6 days a week on average. I'm training for my 5th half marathon and I swear that the collagen peptides help me bounce back faster from intense workouts (specifically long runs!). I also get gel nails very often which can be very hard on my nails and I have noticed since starting a regimen with vital proteins in my daily coffee (I also love that it's tasteless!) my nails have been stronger and healthier looking! I can't wait to try more vital proteins products!

I bought this product recently. I’ve been using it about a week. I had heard about collagen and wanted to give it a try. Since using it I absolutely notice a change in my skin. The lines in my forehead have all but disappeared and my skin is so soft and plump. I’m thrilled. My nails have grown significantly for only a week in. That being said, there’s absolutely a gross taste to the flavorless. I’m already a big water drinker so I am just adding it to water. However I also drink apple cider vinegar. So I’ve started mixing 2 tablespoons of ACV in my drink and it does the trick. No more taste and I kill two birds with one stone. I absolutely recommend this product

I haven't noticed huge changes since taking the collagen peptides. My nails have always been very strong, but I have noticed they are growing faster. I haven't really noticed any changes to my hair and unfortunately have had a few more pimples lately than I usually do, but that's probably stress related.
