This is my second time buying the collagen peptides and I love it! I put it in my smoothies in the morning and not only is it providing me with great health benefits, it also adds protein to my smoothies - which has been a great alternative to protein powder.

Collagen has become part of my daily routine, every morning 2 scoops in my coffee. Keeps me feeling great and energized until lunch. The mornings I don't have it (because I forgot to reorder in time ) I definitely can notice a difference in my energy levels. Although canister says "original" the ingredient list now shows vitamin C and hyaluronic acid. Finding powder is now clumpier, harder to mix. Too soon to see if there any changes in my hair, nails, joints, etc. but doubtful ingesting HA is useful.

I bought this in an attempt to help my always irritated skin. My skin is so much more comfortable-softer and less dry. My husband commented that the color in my face was much better in the second week. In addition, my joints feel WAY more flexible. Even after a day of hard physical work when I expect to be sore, I feel great. I’m in my 60’s, this has been a great addition to my life.

I bought this on the recommendation of a nutritionist as a way to increase protein without the gritty and unpleasant taste of most non-dairy protein powders. The collagen peptides have blown me away. Not only do I not taste them in smoothies, but my skin suddenly looks incredible and I am noticing an increase in feeling better/in my digestion. I am guessing that this is the result of several changes to my eating, sleeping and exercise habits, but I am convinced that the peptides helped push me over the hump. There isn’t a wonder food out there that solves all problems, but these peptides have certainly met my needs for more protein and gave me some lovely additional benefits as well. I would definitely recommend.

I generally workout 4-5 days a week, mostly weights and was having increased joint pain. I heard about this from various people and I started mixing 1/2 a scoop into my coffee as a pre workout. It's really tasteless and dissolves in seconds! It did upset my stomach the first few weeks but I think it's because I haven't eaten beef products in over 10 years. I have also mixed it into yogurt, smoothies, and oatmeal and it's not grainy or anything weird.

I'm on a high protein / low carb diet. I love this drinkable collagen for the added protein and appetite control, but I also love it for skin and hair side effects. I like mixing this collagen with lemonade or tea. Little to no taste and dissolves very easily. Great intro product and can't wait to try more things from Vital Proteins.
