I add the collagen to my morning cup of coffee almost every morning and I know it’s doing my over 55 body good! The first thing that I noticed was my nails. I have never had strong healthy nails - they’re very brittle; they split, chip, break easily but not anymore. They are strong, long and smooth like I’ve never seen before. I can only imagine the strength Vital Protein is building on the inside!!!

I started taking this in March 18. Physically the changes I have seen is my hair growing faster, but the major change has been in my digestion. I love that it doesnt taste like anything. If you feel a funky flavor call customer service and they will help you! It happened to me once, but I knew it was not supposed to taste like anything so called them right away and they fixed it for me. Cant have my coffee without this. Addicted!

I have been using collagen peptides for awhile now and really like it. It seems to be helping my sagging skin. The company is awesome! I had an issue with one shipment and they not only sent me a replacement, but sent it expedited shipping, on them. They work with you and are very helpful.

I love that when I blend this collagen in with my Matcha it makes it extra creamy/frothy without adding any type of weird taste. My nails are so strong and grow so fast. I feel good getting an extra serving of protein every morning. Sometimes there is a strong smell of plastic, I always hope its just the container and not coming from the actual collagen powder. Maybe in the future they could develop a different packaging option.

I am a very big skeptic of things that promise great results.. but this actually works. My hair was getting very thin and my nails cracking. I now have almost 3 inches of NEW hair growth. It does make your coffee a little thick & “sticky” almost and it does take some mixing. Unfortunately does not mix into cold drinks at all. Very happy!

I have been using the product since Feb. I do feel like my skin looks a bit smoother. The reason I am giving it a 3 star is because I am pretty fit and since I got on this product, I have noticed my stomach feels bloated all the time. I am use to my stomach being flat and being bloated is an uncomfortable feeling. Unfortunately, I am going to get off of it because of this side effect.

I finished 1 entire container and started on the second one. I just read several articles about collagen progressing breast cancer cells and shouldn’t be used by breast cancer survivors. I’m a 13 year survivor and I feel sick with fear! There’s no disclaimer on the package!! Just an FYI to breast cancer survivors!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this protein because it is simple and to the point. You get all your necessary amino acids. I love adding it to my smoothies but sometimes it does taste off. I wish the collagen peptides was flavored like soy or something that would be good.

First of all, this is my first ever supplement powder ever taken, so I might not know how the others out there taste like. But here's my honest opinions: - I hate the taste and the smell of this product. I thought unflavored means unflavored but I guess it's not. I have read reviews that it does have a smell, but I didn't think it would be this bad, tbh. The taste also made me feel like throwing up at one point, and I only used one spoon, not even the recommended 2 spoons. I added it to tea to make it taste better. - My skin does seem to be more smooth and better, but at the same time I'm not 100% sure if it's actually from this product, as at the same time I had started increasing my exercising, eating better, etc. so unfortunately I can't be sure if it's actually because I started using this. - I wish there was a sample/trial period so I can try out the products and see whether I like them or not. But I'm sure that's why there's no sample/trial period because this product smells/tastes so bad I probably would not buy it and forcing myself to use it if I didn't buy the container already.

Normally I would give 5 stars but new batch has some issues. The smell is horrible. Previous batches had no smell. We use this daily in my home & definitely product has changed. I always keep 6 containers on hand. New one this morning had some kind of plastic fibers in the mix I had to strain out. What is up with quality control? May have to switch due to all this changes.
