I love this product! I have been using it for over 2 years now and love the effects. I like to put it in my post workout protein shakes to be my daily collagen dose. The last container I bought had a new design. The container has a new way of sealing the product, a perforated rip tie. Before, the container used to have the same twist lid, but under was a tamper seal over the opening. I found this new perforated tab to open the container to be highly complicated. The tab is incredibly small, and recessed with the lid making it very difficult to grab. Another complication I have experience several times with this product, is with the scoop. Too many times I have not been able to locate the scoop as it gets buried at the bottom within the powder, creating a complicated time using the product. Overall, this is an amazing product, I will continue to use it - but hope to see changes in the packaging! I rate 5 star on all of the topics below, but would rate the packaging a 2 star as it is not accessible for everyone or easy to use.

I got this because I was seeing it being used all over instagram and although it was expensive I wanted to see what the hype was. Originally I wanted to try it because I recently tore a muscle and wanted to see if this would do anything for my recovery. I haven’t noticed anything in that regard but soon after I started adding it to my yogurt and smoothies for breakfast I started getting moments from people about my skin looks amazing and asking what I was doing differently. So in that regard it works and I’m happy.

I have been using this quite awhile now. It took 2-3 months to start seeing results but I slowly started having more energy, less aches and pains and that is huge for me!! My nails aren’t pealing and cracking anymore and my hair feels healthier and shinier. Still hoping for more effects on my hair. Highly recommended trying this!

I am 1 week postpartum and I took a chance in collagen peptides because I wanted to nourish my body and heal as best I could. Safe to say it’s helped me with energy and maintains my hair and skin with the added bonus if contributing to my joint care. I’ve recovered in such a short amount of time and feel so good about my overall health using this product in my routine.

I just don't see the results that many of your reviewers claim. I wish I did, but I don't. I'll keep taking it, with my fingers crossed, but I'm not as optimistic as I was when I first started using it. I don't know exactly when I'll stop using Vital Proteins and try another collagen product instead. Any tips, suggestions, or thoughts are welcome. Thanks, David G

I have never been successful with any sort of vitamin or supplement regimen for more than a few days in a row - but keeping this container where I make my coffee has been an instant gamechanger. I've added one scoop to my first cup of coffee every morning since it arrived. I'm only about three weeks in, and have not seen any major changes (I already have pretty strong nails, which I attribute to my *mostly* whole30 eating habits) but am hoping some scalp dryness might resolve itself with continued use? In any case, a good dose of protein in the morning that I remember to take consistently is worth it all by itself. Will definitely reorder!

This product is fantastic. I use it every morning in my coffee, and the best part is that it is indeed unflavored, so it doesn't affect the taste. I have noticed a difference in my skin, more healthy looking and feeling. And I notice that my nails and hair are growing faster than in the past. I highly recommend anyone try this, unless you don't want to be more healthy and radiant.

Best Collagen I have ever tried. Bought initially for digestive health, but really helps strengthen my weak nails and dry skin as well! I love using it to add more protein to soups, tea, and any other hot liquids. I've even used in chili and tomato sauce. Doesn't alter the taste in a negative way at all. I have been using since recommended by blogger, lilsipper in 2018 and have been a loyal customer ever since.

I bought this product to combat signs of aging on my face. After only one month of use I have already noticed a decrease in fine lines around my eyes! I was originally skeptical of the effectiveness of the product, but after giving it a try I am definitely going to purchase it again. I mix this in my hot coffee with coconut oil and cannot taste it at all!

I contracted covid early on in March and started experiencing hair loss about 3 months after recovery. Thankfully I had thick hair however I lost half of my hair. After researching I decided to use this brand. The decision was difficult as I eat a plant base diet so cow isn't my idea for anything. I noticed a difference in 3 weeks and now that I have been taking this product for almost 2 months I can see new hair sprouting at the top of my head. My hair is a mess right now however it's growing back and that is the goal. Highly recommend.
