To make sure how it worked for me, I stopped taking any other supplements or vitamins. I've been suffering from joint pain for about six months. My right hand and fingers were in pain all the time and at night my hand would get contracted. I could hardly open my hand and making a fist was painful. I started taking the vital Proteins collagen peptides and within a week, I felt the change on my hand. I have no pain . I was so excited and I decided to order to recieive it automatically.

Have been using this powder in my coffee every morning for about a month now. It's too early to tell if it's working. I love that I can put it in my coffee and not taste it, so ease of use is 5 stars. Only problem is it took over a month to receive the product.

I have been using this product for a few years and feel great. As a middle age woman, my joints, hair and skin feel and look so much better than before I started using it. It's easy to mix with any cold or hot beverage depending on the season and/or taste. The individual packets always go with me whenever I travel. They're so convenient! Will be 49 years old next week...and have been using for a month. Two scoops in hot tea - dissolves quickly, not much of a smell (for me) and can't taste it in the tea. My nails are usually easy to split, BUT I have noticed an improvement... my skin is usually ashy and have noticed that it appears to be more hydrated. Let me also add that since I am trying to live a healthier lifestyle that I have also been making smoothies and juicing several times a week, walking at least 5 miles several times a week. So, it could be a culmination of all these efforts too, but I plan on keeping VP as apart of my fitness journey. Hope this review helps someone!

I was so skeptical when my friend told me I should try the collagen. I have taken it for a month now, everyday in my coffee, and I can 10000000% say I saw a difference in my hair, skin, and nails. My hair has grown so much (baby hairs too), my skin is so clear/glowing, and my nails...so much GROWTH. Love it! Ordering more ASAP

I only tried this for 3 days so I can’t give a review on my skin, nails, and hair, but oddly this has a funky smell. It’s not noticeable until you mix and drink it. I can’t explain the smell, but it’s not pleasant. I tried mixing it with my coffee with creamer and sugar and I could still smell it. I notice some people say it is tasteless and no odor, but there are some who notice there is a smell. I don’t think I will purchase this one again. Will try the flavor ones and see if it has that nasty odor.

I've been stirring this into my morning coffee seamlessly for over a month now, and I feel so good. Not jittery, but awake and energetic. Naturally. My hair and skin seem to be looking so healthy now also. I love this stuff! No taste and melts right into your coffee like it isn't even there! I will never stop using this protein!

I used to religiously use this in my morning coffee, as it was flavorless and completely dissolved. The most recent bottle I purchased does not fully dissolve and the taste is as someone else described and I couldn’t quite place: “old closet”. I hope it’s just a bad batch, but based on other reviews, I think it’s a recipe change.

Let me start with saying I’ve never have written a review on a product before , but felt I need to for those struggling with some of the same issues as me. I started using this over a month ago and have noticed great results. My nails have been super healthy and growing fast. I started using this mainly because of my skin issues. I have bad eczema and it comes around my eyes. I have struggled with this for years. Since using this my eczema has less flair ups and I couldn’t be more happy as it’s super painful when it flairs up. Also, I was having issues with “acne” or what I have read up on is folliculitis on the sides of my legs. This is causes from working out in tight clothing. So needless to say I was at the point of going to a dermatologist because i tried all suggestions to rod of it and was getting embarrassed about it. Since using this daily it has cleared up almost entirely.
