I'm a longtime user of Vital Proteins - I started adding to my coffee about two years ago. Since then, I've noticed a positive improvement in my hair/skin/nails. I also think of it as the perfect way to start my day, because the protein content it delivers to my coffee allows me to eat a super light breakfast and still feel really satisfied. However, the reason I wrote this review is because of my husband's experience with VP collagen. He started using collagen in December 2020, when he happened to be having some general joint pain and also severe dry skin issues on his hands. Within two weeks of consuming collagen daily, he noticed significant improvement with both issues. He is now a total convert! Love this product and the subscription service makes it super convenient and more affordable; our house is never without a trusty blue tub of this stuff.

Unflavored Collagen Peptides, It is the best product I have ever tried, I love putting it in my smoothie because it doesn’t change the taste at all. And I love that it has no sugar or stevia. Not to mention all the benefits that it has. Love it never stop making it please.

Got my husband this for his joints, he needs a full shoulder replacement, yet is too young for one, so needs supplements that will help with joint health. He is feeling less pain within the first month! I use it more for the skin benifits, and love the smooth tone, brightness and less defined lines, I'm seeing within 2 months of use. I'm 36, my husband is 40, just to give you an idea of age/use!

What an absolutely amazing product! My hair and nails are longer and stronger in just 8 weeks of use. I have virtually no joint pain. I am so happy I started this supplement! I have already started my Mother, Mother in Law and Sister in Law on the product!

Really happy with my purchase, I hate the fake flavor taste of vanilla, chocolate, etc. An easy way to get more protein! Will be keeping up with my subscription. Only thing IS that this product does not mix well in cold liquids. If you want to add into iced coffee boil some water, pour into a small container and let mix (about 5 mins) before you put into the iced coffee.

I have been thrilled with this product. I dissolve it into my hot tea w coconut milk every afternoon so that the taste blends right in. It is "not" tasteless by any stretch, at least not in my opinion, but in a coffee or tea, it just comes off almost 'vanilla-ish'. I first tried it in hot water w lemon and nearly threw up. Lol ..(truth) But I had heard such great things and was determined to like it, so I kept trying and found my perfect blend w my tea. I have been using now for 3 months and love love love it.

I thought it might be too-good-to-be-true, but this collagen actually is undetectable once mixed in my liquid of choice. I've tried it with coffee, tea, and even water. It dissolves quickly and easily, and I cannot taste the addition of this collagen at all. I am usually pretty sensitive to flavors, so this was a pleasant surprise. I even use two full scoops, so it's not like I'm skimping on the serving size either. It's too soon to comment on it's visual effect on my body, but my mom has been taking this supplement for months and there is a noticeable improvement in her complexion and hair. She is practically glowing! I've been taking it for about a month now and like that I can add it to my morning coffee or tea and if I don't feel like having breakfast, I seem to feel quite satisfied until lunch, even if I workout! This alone has been a huge bonus for me, a gal who loathes breakfast.

I was given this product from a friend whose skin and hair was growing and very healthy. I love the fact that I could just scoop it out and put in a smoothie or my coffee. I wish I would have taken some before and after pictures of my skin to show. I saw Emily Schromm talking about this and decided to give it a go for my skin mainly. My skin cleared up after ONE WEEK of putting it in my coffee in the mornings. The powder is completely flavorless and dissolves within seconds. I am absolutely amazed. I have not paid much attention to my hair, nail, or lashes because my skin was my main concern. I have tried everything since I started breaking out in my early 20s to get my skin as clear as it is now and I am now 26. Its been about a month and my skin is still just as clear. Don't get me wrong, I have had little baby pimples here and there BUT they go away quickly and do not take over my face, even when its my time of the month. I will continue putting this in my coffee every morning!
