I love this product, but hate the new packaging. Just lift, do not twist. I simply cannot open it without sawing around the edges and mangling the lid. Maybe they could do a tear strip instead? I dread opening a new one!

no scoop.!????????? why every protein and collagen powder brand has scoop but Vital Proteins have no scoop, scoop is very convenient to use come on trying to cut corners?

I have been using this for about four years and it’s a decent product. However, the new box is impossible for someone with arthritic fingers to open. I just purchased my last one. I had to cut it open, and therefore, I can’t close it.

Great product and will continue to use, but please reconsider the cardboard container. Sustainability is one thing, but this container is a nightmare to open.

The new packaging is terrible. It's like an oatmeal container and it came smashed open. What good is sustainable packaging if it doesn't actually properly package the goods and needs to be thrown in the trash?

Why exactly did Vital Proteins need to create a container that was impossible to open without using a knife, which led me to cut my finger? Just an annoyance, but one nobody should have to deal with, considering the price.

The container is not a good fit for this sticky dusty product. It leaked during shipping to my home. Please go back to plastic container or a heavy duty bag. Drop the paper oat style container.

Give us back the plastic tub. Also, is there no scoop? I couldn't find one, maybe it's all the way at the bottom? You will need to buy a sealed container for this!

New to product, but must agree with others, carton practically impossible to open. Finally took a spoon and ran around the perforated outside edge to open. I too am of an age where some products are next to impossible to open for me.
