AirPlay stinks…

The Airplay feature is worthless. Every time an advertisement comes on it crashes…. Yikes…..

Hi there, I'm sorry that you are experiencing issues with Airplay crashing on your TU7000 TV. I have a few recommendations which may resolve this issue. First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware on your TV. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update and update from there if needed. Also, make sure your Apple device is also running the latest software version. Next, I recommend utilizing the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care. If you continue to have issues, please give us a call at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week.
