The Best size!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in a studio apto and I was looking for a tv not too big not to small with wifi capabilities and this one was the perfect match, love the picture, the software is fast enough and the control remote is excellent; I wish comes with lighted button, but after that I love it. Also I used the Samsung apps for my iPhone. Love it!!

Great picture at any angle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love westerns, sports and documentaries also the News. This TV has more free apps that I've ever seen. I am hooked on Samsung TV. That's one of the free apps and it is loaded with channels. For once, I feel like I got my money's worth.

Great value for the cost

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picked up during a christmas sale to replace an old 1080 60 inch. I wanted something within my price point with 4K quality, 65 inches and smart features for my streaming subs. The picture is top tier for the price I paid, and the sound can fill up a room. My only real complaint is that it only has 2 hdmi ports, but I knew that before I bought it and so far it hasn't been a problem for me. I use an android dongle in one hdmi, a ps4 in the second. I can watch everything I need and game on my console. Would highly recommend for anyone that wants an inexpensive big 4K television.

Frustating TV experience

the pros: the picture is clear, sound is nice. i like the samsung tv feature. the cons: the remote either disconnects from the tv or the tv freezes in certain apps. it is extremely frustrating. multiple times a week, we have to unplug the tv, remove the batteries from the remote, repair the remote or simply just choose not to watch tv until it become responsive again. there is never a surefire fix - the tv just stops working. you can power it on and off and that's it. also, a minor complaint, the remote isn't backlit, so you can't easily use it in the dark. i wouldn't recommend this tv.

New Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family has been buying the Samsung brand for as long as we have been a family. We currently have 5 Samsung TV's. We bought the latest one to replace a previous Samsung Smart TV. The old Samsung is still in use out in the patio under cover to watch games while grilling out. The new Samsung is so much faster and smarter than the previous so their tech has come a long way. The picture is amazing, it is so lifelike that I can see the actor's defects like small scars and acne. Not totally sure if this is a good thing! LOL But seriously the picture is phenomenal and I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone searching for a great TV at a great price. Truly a great value for every dollar spent. Thanks Samsung

Less than a month and drops WiFi EVERY DAY!!

we have owned this tv for less than a month and it drops wifi evert day. we have tried all of samsung's troubleshooting diretions and the only one that works is unplugging the tv and plugging it back in. seems like a ridiculous thing to have to do every day for a brand new tv that is supposed to be a smart tv. if youre buying this tv for it's "brain" don't bother!! it's really just a regular tv not a smart one!

Great Picture/Easy Setup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV to replace a smart tv I only had for 1 1/2 years. I have never owned a Samsung TV. The setup was easy and didn't take long. It comes with preloaded apps which is nice. Unfortunately I couldn't download BeachBody or Les Mills. That's a bit frustrating but I did buy an Apple TV device. I'm not sure this TV is user friendly but it has a good picture. So far I've not had any issues with it. I'm still baffled why my prior Smart TV didn't even last 2 yrs. So hopefully this one lasts longer.

Simple to Set Up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Has all the basic Smart TV features with the clarity of 4K UHD. Was very easy to set up. All the apps for our streaming services were installed OR available in the Samsung store for free. We upgraded from a 40 inch class Samsung 1080p and the difference in clarity was very evident even on non 4k streams.

HDR is awful

the tv is fine as long as you are not watching hdr content. the screen gets so dim you can hardly see anything on dark scenes, and tweaking the picture settings ends up in a greyed dark image, but still hard to see, and there is no way you can deactivate the hdr for native apps. also, i have been waiting for a firmwarw update, and just noticed the whole planet has an upgrade for 2013.3 version except for the usa. poor tv, and poor samsung support.

I am so impressed!!!

Games and videos are superb as you can see every little detail not to mention the vibrant color it has!! I couldn't want anything more in a TV. SAMSUNG, you did an excellent job on this!! My favorite TV by far, I love the picture it has. My surround sounds great with it as well, I highly recommend this product!!
