We have eight people in our family and it's used for all types of things and our children haven't had one complain about it even our grown children and we have six. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I use my TV mostly for streaming and playing video games. being able to use the home button and have a quick list of my streaming services at the ready, also to just turn Game mode on in just a few seconds really makes it that much better! I bought the tv because I needed a good one to go with my playstation and I was not disappointed at all with the hdr settings that I was able to apply especially with the advanced settings! I love my new tv!

I bought this tv during Black Friday day, everything is ok, but pictures quality is poor, when I watch YouTube on it, the people on the tv seem like 2d cartoon characters, they like plastic people, look very fake. At first I thought it is the video, after I watch it t on iPad, it is the tv. And I try just watch no rmal tv chanal on it, it is the same perblem.

If you appreciate customization, this TV is not for you. The bloatware can not be deleted and many of the “free” shows forced on to your Home Screen are disgusting. You would think in 2020 that you could control what apps are on your Home Screen, or at least their order. Not with this TV. Throw the TV Plus app in that opens every time you turn on the TV to more trash shows, and you have a loser piece of technology. If I can not get my husband to get on board with a return, we will have to get a Roku for a brand new TV. Ridiculous!

I have acquired three Samsung TVs in the last 18 months. The first was a 58 inch 4k. Just after the warranty ran out multiple black lines appeared near the bottom in an area of about 2.5 inches. The second was this TV. It arrived with totally dead video, also the serial number on the box did not match the TV. The replacement has been working OK for a few months. So 2 out of 3 were bad, I will never buy another Samsung TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great picture quality. I do however prefer the older smart TV interface on my MU8000 compared to the new Tizen based smart TV. It seems a little large. Would I recommend this tv? Why haven't you bought it yet.
