[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has 90% of the features I was looking for: affordable, smart, beautiful display, energy efficient, auto-brightness, etc. However, it desperately needs a bunch of new apps to watch all of my favorite TV shows from my cable subscription. I think I will have to buy an Apple TV or Amazon Fire stick to get what I'm still missing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Samsung tv but my first Smart tv. I replaced another 43 inch smart tv and I am amazed at the high picture quality . I originally purchased a competitors smart tv because the Samsung I already have was bugging me with the clarity and quality of the picture especially of peoples faces. After I bought the lesser quality smart tv I realized the Samsung was so much better and I returned it to the store paid a little extra to get it. 5 stars from me.

The TV is great. I love it. My only little negative is the remote. I wish It came with a voice activated remote. I get the whole connecting an Alexa, and I probably will eventually. But the fact I have to do that. The remote I can talk to would make things so much easier. It just makes searching smoother and faster. Instead of pressing a bunch of buttons to get to an app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The step by step set up was a bit challenging but once we paired our Samsung acct. and our Samsung phones with the tv device, it was easy peasy. This smart TV has so many apps already downloaded and the few we wanted downloaded took no time to search and find. Godzilla vs King Kong was our first movie streaming choice on HBO MAX. We took it off standard mode to watch in film making mode. The results for me was ultra clear just like being on the set. I like it's Alexa capabilities built in the system, just give a command without switching channels on the remote, something that takes time of getting use to, especially after having the option of the remote being downloaded on your phone. Overall we couldn't have made a better choice with the Samsung 4k smart tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this TV primarily for my exercise room to get online training/ instruction and for gamimg, when the grandchildren visit. I shopped other brands just as I did before and after reading several reviews purchased another Samsung. My other TV was one of the first Smart TVs and this new model is greatly improved. If/when my old model stops working I'm not even going to take the time to compare, I'll just decide what size to get and then buy another Samsung. Of course I have a Samsung phone also.

I had to return this TV because I discovered that it only had 2 HDMI ports. After using 1 port for my cable box I was left with only 1 port for a soundbar and any other peripherals. Before purchasing a replacement TV I researched the number of HDMI ports and discovered that most TVs have 3-4 HDMI ports (including an ARC-HDMI port.) The picture quality of the TV was certainly good but in this day and age, it is disappointing to find that Samsung is so far behind in offering input ports.

We use our phone hotspots to connect to the internet to watch YouTube, Netflix, and Disney + . This TV does so much more than I possibly could have imagined. We are so pleased with this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv has so many features I would like to tell you about. One of the features Is to hook your galaxy buds to your tv. I use this feature sometimes since it just sounds louder is your ear. Another feature I use is Screencast. I use this for YouTube mainly. A feature similar to that one allow you to hold your samsung phone up to your Samsung tv and it will allow you to Screencast everything from your phone to your tv. Last feature is to connect bixby or Alexa to your tv. For that you will need the smartthings app. When you pair your tv to smartthings I will allow you to hook up bixby or Alexa so you can turn on and of your tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV on Nov 27, 2020. Ironically by the time I was sent this survey May 23, 2022 the TV has stopped working. A repair man is being sent out to look at it, quoting a new main board and panel maybe needed to fix. Which may cost more than I originally paid for the TV. I give this TV 1 star for only lasting 18mo just after the warranty. Perfectly planned obsolescence. Other then feeling like I was scammed the TV was great up until then.

Loved this TV until yesterday when it just stopped working. Tried unplugging and replugging but nothing. The little red power light is on so it's getting some power but zero picture--just a black screen. Incredibly disappointed as the TV isn't 2 years old. Now what?
