TV is Slow

i love the tv, the picture, the sound, it's all great! but the tv js just really slow. i'm not too sure if i just got a bad one of the batch, but it really is so slow. my brother has the same tv, which is why i got it, and his works completely fine.

Please be sure your TV is up to date with the most recent firmware as this includes various performance updates. You can check this by going to Settings > Support > Software Update and easily update from there. You may also want to further optimize performance and address this issue with the self-diagnostic tool. This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.
