TV ALWAYS BROKE

this tv was bought in august. it was delivered 30 days later and has it been broke more than functioning. out of the time we have owned the tv it has worked for about 40 days. the screen is often black.

If you've switched on your TV and the sound comes through fine, but you're not seeing any picture; there are 3 potential issues. 1) A connection issue; the most common problem. Where there is a bad connection, faulty cables or improper installation. 2) An issue with the device connected to the TV. There may be a video output setting on the device that you must set properly before it will output to the TV. 3) There is something wrong with the TV, which will require a technician to assess the TV and find a solution. Great features Wi-Fi is flakey

This new tv works great clear as a bell the only issue is the wifi. I played with setting up manual dns and still fails . I find my Bell fibe works with every thing and all other devices . I finally fixe but hard wire directly to the tv.
