[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my 65in samsung Crystal UHD tv, only issue is it's extremely quiet. I have another Samsung TV that's a little older and is a 55 in, my 65in ataxia volume, sounds like 55in at 50-60. Other then that, then picture is super clear and vivid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bright, crisp picture that goes edge to edge on this 43" couldn't be any better. The sound is clear and the caption option is easily accessed if desired. I am a senior who watches many news channels, PBS, and stream movies every night. It is effortless to go from my cable channels to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Pandora and back. I love the user friendly operation of this model. Once I had it mounted on the wall, I have enjoyed it even more..... I feel a little spoiled!

...i am rather disappointed by the apparent lack of a typical, normal audio out jack (by which i could run sound through my beloved old kenwood rack system — like i *did* with my previous samsung 36-in smarttv... it was an amazing combo.) i guess removing the audio jack is considered to be "progress"? (coz they take up soooo much space? ha!) i suppose maybe i could stream my services through my old ps3, running sound from it to the kenwood, but that kinda defeats the whole "new smart tv" thing... sigh.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Features provided at start up are great and functional!!! Would love for registration process to be easier or to be done on a mobile phone or even the app not the remote control!! Very minimal problem bc aside it works great and happy with my tv.

the software on this tv is so bad. operating this tv is a frustrating event each and every time. 1. “smart” feature which is supposed to return to last viewed app does not work, has never worked. it defaults to samsung content or sponsored content. i removed the samsung channel but cannot removed the sponsored content. 2. i am not allowed access to change picture size. there is text there but it is faded and will not let me use it. great idea, samsung!!! 3. device care not always available. many times it is faded and i cannot access. great idea samsung!!! 4. this software is poorly thought out and weak.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture on this TV is amazing. Even old movies and TV shows look more realistic. It actually took me a couple of days to get used to how much better older shows looked on it. It also has a lot more features than I had anticipated. My only gripe is that I wish that I would have purchased it a lot earlier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this TV to watch mainly soccer, but I also used it to watch movies. The image quality it's so clear and neat, it has vibrant colors. Being a smart TV I can have most of my streaming apps installed to this TV and just press a bottom to open my favorite apps. I really like this TV.

TV offers Samsung Assistant. The turner picks up so many local and digital stations and really thinking of cancelling my cable service. Thanks Samsung

this television has a very nice clear picture the only thing that needs to be changed from the factory settings is the screen brightness it is very dim out of the box to fix this go to eco settings and turn the screen brightness up then go to expert settings and try cool it will make a huge difference i would also recommend getting a soundbar.
