Nice quality

Much better than maybe the K-Series(2016)...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do love this television as it's a severe improvement from my previous T.V. (2016 K-Series) which has become largely unsupported overall. The only major issue I have is connectivity regardless of method (neither wireless or wired via a shiny new Cat8 cable) being intermittently choppy and often freezing the T.V. only to be fixed by a power cycle &/or network reset.... both are a pain when you have growingly impatient toddlers!

Response Time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my first item that I bought by myself such as electric device like this big. I like most of features and size and quality as well. However It looks like quite slower than other brand's when I use the remote to move it around. The response time is not that fast so I have to wait until the button has moved correctly or not. Unless I will be in the other app if I did not follow this response time. This is the big shame point for me, other than that I still love my purchase.

Very pleased with the Extras

I bought this TV a few weeks ago. It was very easy to set up. The picture is very clear and colors are realistice. The only thing I would improve on is the built-in speakers as they lack volume. I ended up having to buy a sound bar so I could hear the TV.

first and last samsung tv

Bought this in October 2022 and at first we like it but as time went by we now hate it! The remote set up sucks and it's always pushing samsung tv on us plus some apps we had on other TVs are not allowed on this TV due to competition of other makers, definitely will not buy another Samsung tv in the future!

Great quality for value!

The quality of the screen is amazing and the price is very affordable for its value! I would definitely recommend this TV for those looking to dip their toes in the realm of 4K!

Set up a nightmare!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The set-up was frustrating to even the online chat person. I kept getting caught up in loops in signing up for a Samsung Account. Many of the questions were too technical for my 60 year-old brain. For two hours it didn't recognize the model of my Roger's Cable box and then et viola, it clicked in. How that happened I have no idea. I was ready to return it the next day.

Decent

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The TV will randomly stop reading the input and say "TV will turn off in 300 seconds from inactivity" in the middle of the movie or a video game. People will randomly try to connect via Bluetooth and there's no option to turn Bluetooth for the TV off, so in the middle of a movie or a video game a big message will take over the screen asking you to give the person permission or not to connect. The TV's quality is beautiful, but it doesn't support 120Hz as advertised. The TV's sound quality is amazing, as well.

Great TV with great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great inexpensive smart TV for my kiddo. He can access all of the streaming services and I'm able to pin lock and set parental controls. Super easy set-up with my Samsung smart phone. Great buy!!!

Nice Smart TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice smart TV - it is our first smart TV. Chose to mount on wall, which was pretty easy. Very convenient for streaming hulu, Netflix, etc. Picture and clarity are fantastic. Sound is decent, much better with soundbar. Remote has many buttons, can be tough to find the right button in the dark as they're all so close to one another. Only complaint is that it says it connects to the Samsung soundbar via bluetooth, but doesnt always work even though it says paired. Have to turn the soundbar on and off to get it to actually work. Otherwise, would have given 5 stars.
