[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the most user friendly smart TV I have ever owned. We don't subscribe to cable so having a clear picture was very important. This TV does not disappoint. Also, love having all the extra Samsung channels already loaded. Adding our favorite apps was quick and easy. Love being able to always find something great to watch. I recommend Samsung TV's to all my friends and family.

tv constantly drops connection to my wifi network . none of my other devices have this issue. reconnecting is often problematic, having to remove and readd network. also adding apps to the home screen bar is difficult and counterintuitive. im very tech savvy so disappointed. this being my first smart tv has still not been a simple, straightforward experience. based on managing networks and trying to figure out how to pin apps on the smart apps bar i hope this television lasts a very long time because i don't want to go through this again. i thought buying a samsung smart tv would be a great way to go. now i'm not so sure, perhaps i should have tried another brand. good picture, clarity, color and sound though so overall that's the main thing. just wish it was easier to setup and manage.

My family and I go to the cinema less and stream movies because the quality is far superior. Everything is easy to navigate and setup was easy. I honestly can't recommend this TV enough, you will not be disappointed!

the tv is good have a good quality but the problem is that its not like a roku tv that lets you search for any app availble loke for example usa network i can download the app on roku tv but samsung tv doesnt even have ot and is a free app why? like other apps i had search and nothing, and the controller lags a lot when u searching or switching it lags so bad so those are the flaws i dont like about it but other than that its ok

The picture quality is amazing! It is user friendly once you get used to all the features. There are numerous options for customizing the sound and picture to your liking. Sure there are more expensive models with better image quality but unless they are side by side youre never going to notice. I play my PS4 through the tv as well and I love the automatic game on sensor to enhance the image. I also love the Tyzen operating system with all the apps and the 100+ free channels of Samsung TV. Its easy to add new apps and update the TV's software. I've had this TV now for 6 months and absolutely love it. I have had no issues or problems with it and would definitely recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 2nd 65inch Samsung TV that has a problem with the sound that goes out for seconds during viewing on any type of streaming device or watching Samsung TV built in channels. This happen on TV speakers or using sound bar.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use these tv's in our school. They have a great picture and sound. Most of the time they work great. Our only hiccup has been that connecting to them can be challenging on occasion. Otherwise, great tv!
