nice crisp picture

this has a nice crisp picture on 4k content and helps alot of standard def look great as well but the hdr is a little lack of detail as it goes to dark in that aspect a dolby vision would be better as it gets brighter would be nice a firmware upgrade in the future is possible to include dolby vision if possible but still a nice picture..took some getting used to on the remote its not that bad of a lag as others have said in my experience at least if it gets loaded down while doing other processes it lags a bit and upgrading the firmware in the beginning was iffy because not enough storage space but i used a flash drive and downloaded it from a pc and installed fine that way...but overall im satisfied with my product

DUSTIN GOODNIGHT: I am glad you were able to upgrade your firmware to address the lag in navigation. I am very sorry you are viewing scenes that appear too dark. Samsung is aware of the problem, and a new firmware update will be released soon to address this issue. Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. So far so good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My brother in law bought a 83", same model. Excellent picture. Decided to buy the same but smaller 75". Didn't wanna pay almost double for 10" more. Excellent tv, good sound, has bluetooth. The tv interface is a little clunky and slow to response. Will have ti see if it last!

Great TV for price point

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy out of box build and set up. Was able to go through the 'expert picture setting' to get the picture quality I didn't believe were possible. Awesome, life like picture. Apps area easy to navigate and download wanted apps.

Exchanged it 3xs before going with another brand

we picked up the tv and it was fine then we were watching it 2 days and that night it flashed on and off and then when it came back on there was lines going across the bottom of the tv so we went to exchange it set up the new one and that one and the next one each both had dead pixels in the screen that were very noticeable so we decided to go with another brand it was a good tv had all that we were looking for but the time and money wasted in going back and forth 40 miles each trip we were just not going to chance getting the last one they had in store so we just got an lg tv

Samsung televisionare the best money can buy!!!

You don't have to be a electronic expert to work these beautiful televisions. The picture is so crystal clear and the colors are just right. Samsung 55”

He recently had cataract surgery and on the day he came home, he said “I can see!!” That was a great feeling!

43" Class TU7000 Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV (2020)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV was very easy to set up. Easy step by step hook up as soon as I put in WIFI log in and password it started to connect to Samsung channels. It was easy to set up all our streaming apps. The picture is great. I have it set up on the wall in the master bedroom and we only stream at this time. I also hooked the TV up to a small digital antenna. I was amazed how many channels it picked up, more then all my other TVs I have. It takes a few minutes to figure out the remote once it is done you can maneuver any where you want. I cant complaint about anything on this TV. I love my Samsung 4k Smart TV.

This tv has great clarity and features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family has always been apart of the Samsung tv community. When my flat screen tv (Different brand) gave me the black screen after only having it for 3 years I decided to switch brands and give Samsung a go. I am 100% happy with this purchase. The amount of apps I can use on the tv makes it so much more accessible. Even the clarity when using the apps does not feel like streaming at all, it feels like I'm watching directly from a cable box. I love that I can turn on my Xbox from the tv. The flow of the tv is even great, I enjoy my product down to the remote. I can surely say I will be staying with Samsung for future tv purchases as well and hopefully other tech products as well.

Top shelf features without top shelf price
