Setting it up was easy, I liked how it could be done through an app. Adding my apps was really smooth as well and the quality is amazing.

Also I love watching kitchen nightmares on Samsung tv it has its own channel love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first few times we used the TV we couldn't figure out what the noise was, we would mute the TV and it would go away. Unmuted and we realized how amazing the sound was, seems like you are actually witnessing the sporting events live.

Looking for crisp clean lines and brilliant colors. I got all that in my Samsung. There is a 3D dimension that gives the picture depth that I didn't find in the competition. Extremely happy with my Samsung tv.

The picture is crisp and the sound quality is clear. It comes with Samsung TV, but I have a Fire Stick I've been using instead so I haven't had a chance to play around with it. No problems or issues thus far!

The sound could use a little improvement….needs a little more bass and sometimes it sounds low but it works fine and is ok…I'm just a little picky with sound. Overall I feel I made a great choice.

our brand new 55 inch samsung crystal tv is fantastic. we are very happy with the product. the stand should be in the middle of the set instead of 2 sets of chicken legs. it is a huge inconvenience if you do not have the proper table. that's an additional cost. enjoy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV image, processer speed, and Smart Features are amazing, however every once in a while the Wifi stops working completely and the only way to fix it is by resetting the internet settings and completely unplugging the TV and plugging it back in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how clear everything is and how at times the picture looks live. It also has great color. However I don't know why the sound quality is so low. Most of the time I have to turn it up to 100 and it's still not loud as it could or should be.
