Great picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung TV mostly for gaming and I think it's great for that. The picture is clear and crisp, it offers great 4K resolution at a good price. Samsung has great support as well if you ever need anything they are there to help.

Was great then not working

I bought this tv the 70 inch back in 2020 it's been working well but now it won't turn on its trying to turn but it can't so you would see a little bright light but then it disappears no screen and no sound and the little red light below it is just flashing on and off.

Hi Julien, I'm sorry that your TU7000 TV will not turn on. Please know we are here to help and have a few troubleshooting tips for you to try. First, since you mentioned the red light flashing on and off, please try to power the TV on through the button below the Samsung logo. If it powers on, I recommend changing the batteries on the remote and possibly replacing the remote. Next, please try the following: 1) Unplug the TV from its power source for 30 seconds. Then try to power it on again. 2) Try a different outlet that you have confirmed works properly 3) Press the Menu button on your remote. If the Menu appears, then this confirms your TV is powered on. 4) Confirm that the TV is set to the same source as the external device. 5) Test the HDMI cable. Go to Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Signal Information > HDMI Cable Test > Start Test. If the test says the cable is bad, replace the cable. Service is not required. 6) Test different external devices. The final thing to rule out is the external device you're using. Try connecting a different device or using a different source port. If the TV can display a picture in any other setup, then you've ruled the TV out as the cause of the issue. Keep trying various setups until you identify the device or cable that is not working and troubleshoot or replace it. If you need more help, Samsung is here for you. Awesome Tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First curved tv and the picture is crystal clear, the audio is crisp and with the tv being curved the audio is not blocked or muffled. Now for the tech, this tv is smart, easy connection to other device, port detection, and security all built in.

Didn't last much at all

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this TV at the end of 2020 and a year and a half later without using it more than 5 to 6 hours a week the screen died going into an infinite loop, thank that I bought insurance and after testing through the insurance company cover for it.

This TV has amazing features and specs

Decent

the tv is beautiful and the picture quailty is amazing. the operating system is absolute trash. its extremely slow and glitchy. im getting logged out of streaming services and accidentally double clicking things. im also having an issue gaming with this tv because i am locked at 30fps with this so called “game-mode” on. ive tried everything i know to do with no result. tv is only decent.

43" crystal uhd series 7

Good TV for the price.

you get what you pay for. its a good size tv, it has good image quality. it lags a bit sometimes. im hoping they come up with and update and change the menu display layout. this is not the most friendly operating system menu. some platform apps are not available on the samsung catalog so check first.

This Smart TV is the Best

The sound quality is crystal clear and I don't have to be in the room to hear. Each time a new device is added to our television it automatically tries to pair which makes the process easier for me. Also the built in apps make life that much easier. Finally the price was affordable and well worth it.
