[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The set up of this TV was really simple and the instructions are easy to follow. We have a stand for the tv so inserting the legs into it took less than a minute and a screwdriver isn't needed. I don't have a Samsung phone but I like the fact that you can use it to control the TV. I have now been using it for a few weeks and it does not disappoint. I really like the fact you have 5 different settings on the picture mode so you can change it depending on what you are watching. I like the dynamic for when we are watching new films but for the older tv shows I have found the natural or movie settings best as the dynamic is just too bright. The Netflix and Amazon Prime buttons are good to have and save time. It took a bit of Googling how to set up the antenna tv guide once we got a longer coaxial cable so that was a little bit annoying. I am used to having 3 hdmi ports and this does only have 2 but it's not a deal breaker. Having the Samsung tv plus channels is a really good feature even if there are a lot of channels to scroll through to find what you want, it does remember the last channel you were on though so if you have a favorite you don't need to try and find it again. There are a lot of buttons on the remote and to be honest I don't think you need that many as it's easy to catch a button you don't want to hit. I actually would prefer a larger remote so the buttons are further apart. My general overall opinion is that this is a great tv. It's not expensive and you get a brilliant tv with a fantastic clear picture and the sound is also very good. It's my first Samsung TV but it certainly won't be my last.

The problem i had was I didn't have internet at the time of purchasing the TV and it needs an update right out of the box and that makes the TV run 3X better! Also the auto light color correction had some problems so I just turned that feature off and no more problems.

The only negative has been that the sound is lower while watching certain programs and/or features. Other than that I love it and would 100% recommend it giving the price and size.

Refresh rate is phenomenal with no loss of picture quality. The Samsung quality is very evident with this TV. Far ahead of the competition as to price.

Sound is clear and I have felt no need to add a sound bar for my application. The one complaint I have is the colors begin to lose vibrance and become washed-out for off-axis viewing. You need to nearly be directly in front of the unit or the color is poor. My UN60JU7100 does not have this problem.

With this samsung 70in I have been able to score a lot more, and we aren't only talking about while watching football games.. I mean in life! Duh! With this television I have been able to change the channel without leaving the comfort of my couch or having to make others move as well. It's been quite an experience to be able to have all of my favorite apps without having to buy any additional sticks or twigs, if you know what I mean. The clarity and definition I get when watching pay per view channels.. feels like I'm right there. 10 out of 10 stars. Highly recommend this TV. My cat approves as well.

Once the set up was done, all the streaming aps which I normally use were installed on the home page. The picture was clear and and I can notice things which I was unable to notice with my regular TV. I should have bought two of them, just don't have the space. If I were to buy this again I would definitely buy the same TV, I could not believe how clear the picture is and the detail I was missing before. I would recommend this product to anyone. Now my brother-in-law wants to buy one.

i gave this t.v a 3 star rating because i've only had the t.v a little under 2 years and the sound goes in and out. im disappointed because i read the reviews and seen others said the same thing. the picture is great but the sound doesn't last with this brand.
