Perfect TV for a new space!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so impressed with the dimensions of this TV, as it fits perfectly in my new apartment! The quality is great, and the apps along with the Samsung TV+ guide is helpful and a nice perk. The remote could be a bit more updated, as it's a standard remote not the sleek and modern remote from other models, but still functional. The fast start up and ease of use within the TV is great for all ages and again is fast. If you are looking for a beginner friendly TV with high quality playback for any room, you gotta check this model out!

Samsung is professional quality

Excellent clarity and crisp colors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved my Samsung Crystal UHD 75”, before bought, I went to many stores to saw and look many brands and so many TVs, at the end The quality of the screen and the sound of the Samsung was way far the best over the other brands, that was decisive to buy the Tv, because online or in ads, all the TVs looks the same, but I recommend going to many stores and look at them, see the details the sound and the guarantee, I soo in love with my Samsung Crystal UHD .

This product could use an update

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this product for gaming and streaming mainly. TV will kick itself offline sometimes. Could use a system update and better streaming apps update in Google Store. It's been a good t.v for the price. Clear picture.

I truly enjoy the smart tv !

Nice picture but wifi doesnt work well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture on the TV is very nice, however I've had issues getting a strong enough signal over wifi. My computer can operate fine in all parts of the house on wifi, but the TV struggles to play netflix, hulu, and the Samsung channels with a wireless connection. The only way it works is to plug into ethernet, which is inconvenient and a tripping hazard for people and my dog.

You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection: 1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. TU7000 is a great tv

Software is updated regularly. Picture quality is great. It works well with the Samsung sound bar. Great TV for the price.

Good quality if there wasn't a bright spot

i've been a samsung tv owner for many years now, so i was excited to get another for a different room. unfortunately, there is a bright spot in the top middle part of the screen that never goes away! i looked up past reviews, and it looks like this is a common issue and not a defect that went into recall. sad the tv has this spot as the apps all work fine on it and it's user friendly.

Great tv, crystal clear and great sound quality

My mom bought 4 returned tvs a month or so ago, this one happened to be with the bunch. It does have a damaged screen BUT that's why it was returned so we got it for a much lower cost. The screen is progressively getting worse but I hope it lasts at least a year or two before I may just invest in a brand new one. Love the tv, the family tv we have is 10 years old, still works like a charm but changing the input to play on my playstation was mind breaking, this one however automatically does that with ease. Watching YouTube and Netflix is also really enjoyable as well. Hopefully this tv lasts as long as it can for me (once again because the screen was damaged hence a return resell at an auction and was not Samsung's fault but was the previous owners fault) I'll be sure to try and save so I can get another one as I just love this tv very much, even if it's a bit damaged. Performance is still very outstanding. (It's also the reason I even play on my playstation, my old tv is really small and far away so not so enjoyable)
