I love being able to download the steaming apps in addition to Samsung TV, is definitely a plus! I have all Samsung TV's in my home and I love them, you can't go wrong. I haven't had a problem today. I've had other brands and they didn't come close. I have the Is Curved TV, the TV I replaced was a Samsung TV. I also receive compliments on how clear/sharp the picture is to the point of see pores on the actors/actress faces lol. The man definitely love watching sports and playing video games... For me it the Cooking Channels!

TV hasn't had any odd things happening with it and works perfectly. The picture is crystal clear and resolution is phenomenal. This is the best pictured TV we have ever owned.

I bought this TV a year ago, and it is kept in a pristinely clean and safe area. Today, it developed a black line down the entire screen after the warranty just ended. I tried all the diagnostics and have several Samsung products. I'm extremely disappointed and hope the problem can be addressed by Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off the apps feature on the TV is great and super convenient, all the apps load quickly and they all are bug free. the streaming quality is perfect as well. connecting to wifi and setting the TV up was super easy and quick. Another thing is the sound. For a TV speaker the sound truly holds up well. For movies and music the speaker can have good quality range and bass and for a college student helps for me not to have to invest in a speaker for the TV. The 4k quality for the 43' though is the best. It makes everything I watch seems 10x better. This TV is clearly worth the $$$ and shows it's dominance over the other TV brands. Lastly the size and thin edges (display) are great for my dorm. it is big and a perfect size for where i live

Picture quality is great for us, and white the sound could be better it's so pretty good considering the size of the speakers. I have used the Samsung DEX feature on my Galaxy grill time to time and it is a flawless transition and a great way to get something in the TV for the whole family to see. The largest issue I have with the unit is only having 2 HDMI ports. I've had to purchase a separate HDMI switch to be able to keep all of my video and gaming devices plugged in.

HDMI 2.1 is not included, so gaming in 120fps is not able to be done, but 60fps is! As far as actual gaming goes! It's amazing definitely a notable feature of the television! Quality of 4k streaming is also amazing. Every video I've streamed has always come out to look great! Even If the show is old. My final issue is the Menu Lag, unfortunately the menu lags behind on simple tasks. Besides the two problems this is an amazing TV I would highly recommend to a friend.

Amazon prime app already installed Netflix already installed so many other features on the remote alone , I love the guide with the inset TV while surfing for shows to watch I can stream life content also a special section just for gaming , parental controls is my favorite feature keeping unwanted channels from being used by young viewers , the color is sharp and vivid it adjusts to the rooms lighting as to save on electricity that's a plus! The sound is crisp and clear also adjustable to your preference or: more bass less bass I can program my set to turn on or off at specific times of the day or night , also fully mountable and easy to clean or dust I just love my Samsung TV hands down I could never buy any other brand after this product call me spoiled I don't care but Samsung is my product for life , thanks Samsung keep up the good work I am one satisfied customer

i got the samsung because i was expecting a higher quality experience. after having roku and google operating systems on other devices, the samsung proprietary system was a disappointment. several of our most used apps were not available for samsung, and some of the most used functionality like skipping forward and back with one button weren't there. ended up taking it back and getting a tv with a roku system.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really enjoy the tv, great picture and sound, however the interface can be frustrating to navigate (navigating through the apps). Once you get it figured out its not bad, but it will take some time getting used to.

I like this TV for the most part, but I am extremely disappointed in the Alexa interface. I can use Alexa to turn the TV on and control the volume, and change channels when watching Samsung+, but that's about it. It won't work with the YouTube TV app. There is a feature that supposedly makes the TV recall the last channel viewed when you turn it on. (Unless you want the default channel to be YouTube tv. Won't do that either.) In short, it's a pretty good TV. Picture is good, price was great. But if your choice of programming is YouTube TV, it's a disappointment. Had I know this beforehand, I would not have bought this TV.
