Great TV- Happy Customer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this tv as a replacement for a Vizio 4K that didn't last long... Very happy so far. Clear and crisp picture. TV sound is good, but we use a sound bar for a more robust sound. I turn the sound bar off when watching late at night so as not to disturb my husband, and the tv sound alone is sufficient. We only use for watching movies and television. We've had this tv for about nine months now, and the ONLY hiccup is that it got glitchy and randomly stopped opening apps and then stopped connecting to the internet. Tried turning on and off, disconnecting from internet, etc. Had to Google and search a bit, but of all things that fixed it...literally holding the power button until it turned off, reset itself, and powered back on. Like face-palm moment. All in all, it's been great, and if the one little glitch is all the grief it gives me, I'm super happy.

Display and sound great but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture looks outstanding and impress how loud it is compared to previous Samsung TV i had. However, within the first 30 days starting having power issues in which the TV won't turn on. What surprised me as well is that the TV does not have a power button on tv, so when tv would not turn on with either cable remote or Samsung remote, I had to unplug the the TV from power source for tv to turn on. I already had to do this at least 5 times! Not happy with this since I purchased as a replacement Samsung because of power issues.

You may want to try the following troubleshooting steps: (1) Make sure that the AC power cord is securely plugged in to the TV and the wall outlet. (2) Make sure that the wall outlet is working and the power indicator at the bottom of the TV is lit and glowing a solid red. If it is off, the TV either does not have power, or it is on and the screen is black. If it is blinking, your TV may need service. (3) Try pressing the TV Controller button at the bottom of the TV to make sure that the problem is not with the remote control. Excellent Budget 4K/HDR Unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ended up being exactly what I wanted out of my TV - an all around high-quality TV for an affordable price. The picture quality is solid - obviously does not hold a candle to an OLED, but you can't fairly compare this model to something 5-10x the price. I liked the customization and various modes (particularly the dynamic and gaming modes) as I was able to tweak the settings to further improve the picture in my room and for my specific connected devices. The only thing I do not like is the blinding white "No Signal" screen and menus - this can be painfully bright in a bedtime setting or first thing in the morning. A dark theme or at least an option of one would have been nice. The built in speakers were also a bit underwhelming but again at this price point it's not really fair to expect much better. I'm a bit of a snob when it comes to audio and added an expensive soundbar to my setup which greatly improved my experience, but more casual users might be just fine with the built in speakers. In summary, this was a great budget all-around choice for both gaming and streaming.

Nice picture for price.

Samsung lives up to great reputation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A snap to set up and get viewing! It took less than a half an hour from unboxing to set up and Samsung has done it again! They are my go-to company for many things and this TV is another favorite. Simple to add to my existing samsung account and add my apps.The picture is so clear and it works with all of my programs and remotes can all be combined into this one. I would definately recommend this to anyone looking for the next set!

Its Ok

i cant say there's anything that i love about this tv. i was used to the roku tcl that we had, and the ease of choosing an app or live tv. with this one, the remote doesnt let you click fast through anything, and if you try to, it skips way ahead. the tv turns on by itself almost every night which is incredibly annoying to have to go into the app and turn it off again. some of the apps make you use the phone app to stream to the tv when n the tcl that was never an issue.

Oooo: I'm sorry to hear your experience with Samsung's TU7000 TV has fallen short of your expectations. 1. Unplug the TV from the wall outlet or surge protector and leave it unplugged for 30 seconds. 2. Check the power cord to see if there is any visible damage. 3. Plug the TV power cord back into the wall outlet. If you were using a surge protector, bypass it for now and use a wall outlet. 4. Try to update the software. In some cases, a software update can correct the problem. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software. 5. Disable the Power On with Mobile option. TVs that can connect to SmartThings can be turned on using compatible devices, sometimes automatically. However, if abnormal "power on" signals are sent through the wireless network, they will trigger this function and make the TV turn on. If you do not want this function, navigate to Settings > General > Network > Expert Settings > Power On with Mobile, and turn the setting off. If the TV continues to turn on by itself continuously, please contact our Samsung Customer Support. Call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG (ask for TVs), available 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week. Best features for the price

The remote is full featured unlike the other brands I own ( Viso, Westinghouse, Element , Onn). The Samsung is my favorite brand now.

Best TV I've ever purchased

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a 65inch in the living room and not only is the picture quality amazing but the sound / volume is great! The colors are vibrant and sharp. My son plays all his games on it, and Samsung tv (app) is great I can find movies that aren't on other platforms. Great job Samsung.

Can't beat the value for the price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh wow, I love this TV. This was a housewarming present to myself, and I mounted it on the wall in my living room. The picture and the sound are both incredible, and I love how easy it is to navigate to get to Amazon, HBO Max, Netflix, etc. The Samsung TV channels are a nice added bonus! I'm a cord cutter, so the access to extra news, sports, and other programming is always welcome!
