very disappointing product. was very difficult to download any apps because of many unnecessary steps including signing in on a 'samsung account' on another device and verifying account. after the lengthy process that was, the "smart tv" is completely unable to download multiple apps including hbo max, espn, discover+, and many others. would not recommend to a friend, or anyone.

We are currently in the market for a larger television and will not consider another brand. Our first Samsung was a 50" 3D Plasma which we still have!

As a matter of fact, We've bought 2 Samsung TVs this year (the other a 50" crystal) and an A10 Samsung smartphone. All have been as good or better than advertised!

This may very well be due to the cable box service that I have, but I'm just not sure. Other than that no complaints and overall I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend.

The picture quality is excellent and just the right size. I have three year old Samsung tv in another room and am thinking of replacing it with a new crystal clear Samsung. It is very easy to switch it from some of the streaming channels back to cable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the built in TV guide and channels plus it's got every app you could want or it's easy to download any others. It works with Alexa echo dot which we love too. Can't say enough about this TV we love it.

my biggest complaint with this tv is the older remote that comes standard with it. it has too many buttons and it is hard to differentiate between them in the dark. i bought their smart remote and attempted to pair it but apparently the tv can't handle that.

I purchased this tv because of the great Samsung screen quality. I actually purchased two. I got a 43” and a 65”. Buying two has caused issues. When I turn on one tv sometimes both turn on. Very annoying to have to get out of bed to turn off the other tv. Also the tv software is like using an Android phone. So much bloatware and useless crap. I have been spoiled by Apple TVs clean interface I suppose. Lastly this tv is constantly logging me out of my streaming services. Make the software and functionality match the screen quality.
