Movie Theater in my House

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this tv. It has such a clear picture, sound and quality that brings me into the movie that I am watching. It is like having a movie theater all to myself. I highly recommend! My friends rave about it. I have it in my office at work and every one of my clients compliment it and wish they had one themselves. I love being able to sit at my desk- turn on this tv and feel like I am in a theater.. When I want to listen to music during my day, this tv is like a full on DJ station. On the days where I want to enjoy an oldie but goodie movie (like any Elvis Presley movie) this tv just brings out the very best in anything I am watching. I love it.

This product doesn't work well With Alexa

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Game mode works very well with my Xbox series x but not so great with my ps3 which is fine the ps3 is picky Alexa can only turn the tv on and off not adjust volume or play any specific streaming service it works well enough if you don't lose the remote

Great TV for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture quality does not appear as good as previous years. However, the sound quality appears much better than any of the previous models. I was really impressed with the sound. I was saving up for a sound bar, but the sound is decent without it. I like the remote, but it needs a backlight.

Super sharp and colorful image smart tv!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Crystal UHD 4k tv has such brightness and sharpness to its image. I'm amazed! Pictures don't do this tv justice. It has good speakers too. The sound is loud enough and very clear. Comes with control and batteries. I love that it's already a smart tv, so you don't need any extra equipment to be able to watch your favorite apps. It was also very easy to set up. Pretty much self explanatory. Just plugged it in, guided me through connecting to wifi and that was pretty much it. It took less than 5min. Overall, I'm super happy with my smart tv.

Awesome TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it because it had Bluetooth and I want to use my AirPods to be able to listen to the TV and not disturb anyone in my house then decided to stream on Amazon and couldn't believe how crystal clear the quality was and then hooked my Xbox one S up to it and was blown away by how well the HDR was! Way better than the LG TV that I have so I'm thinking about buying another one larger for the living room awesome Samsung TV!

This TV is the complete TV!

From the very first day Ive had a great experience from streaming tv to listening to music! The setup process is very easy and the interface is so easy to navigate my 6 year old can do it. The picture quality is so crisp I host all the sporting events at my house from now on! I love my Samsung TV!

Horizontal lines appear across screen

i was super excited about this telly. i purchased the mount and added on the additional $80 for professional instal. the telly arrived within a week of the order, and sat in its box, unopened, until the mount arrived about three weeks later. i didn't mind the long wait: its the holiday season and covid can cause more delays. anyway, today the installer arrived to mount the telly. it looked great. until it was turned on and horizontal lines were noticed running across about a third of the screen. so disappointed. i contacted samsung and they were great at coordinating a service call for the set to be repaired, at no cost. will report back after the service.

It's all I ever wanted and needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My TV lets me stream movies and TV shows and then I can switch over and watch all the normal TV programs that I want. It updates itself, so I never have to worry about fixing it, And if something did happen to go wrong there's always the support services that are right there in the TV. I swear by Samsung. All my TVs are Samsung, as well my watch 4 and my Galaxy S22 Ultra. Samsung has the best products on the market.
