Excellent picture, sound, apps, and other options. Don't sleep on this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV has a bunch of amazing features built into it where it can get content from your streaming services and show recommendations. I have a bunch of streaming subscriptions and only complaint I have that actually matters is that there's very limited built in storage to support as many apps that I want to install. Just like the Samsung phones the a bunch of bloatware that I can't Uninstall leaving me with very limited options.

The extra TV features work easily and seamlessly. I buy all Samsung products: TV, Tablet, Phone so they can all connect and share with each other easily for just watching to office presentations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned a few other "smart" TVs prior to this one, and I would consider those to be "dumb" TVs! The clarity and picture on this TV is amazing. Whether you are watching cable, streaming, or even using connected devices, this has been the best experience I have had by far. I do lots of streaming, such as Youtube, Prime, and Netflix, and have had the greatest experience with them all. I also stay on the internet constantly, and being able to do this from my television is unlike anything I have tried. There's nothing like being able to see the content you watch and do on a big screen like this. Using the browser on the TV became more favorable than using my computer or even my phone. I also love how if you don't have a sound system, you can use a Bluetooth connected speaker, and the sound is amazing (and wireless!) I also love the fact you can upload your pictures and video gallery, and feel like you are watching home movies on a what feels like a theater, all from videos and pictures taken on a smartphone. Having a Samsung smartphone makes the experience so lovely, because everything connects seamlessly, as well as giving you TV and phone extra features when using them together. Not that I would think there would be any issues with any other smartphone being connected, it is just awesome to use a Samsung smartphone with a Samsung TV, because the usability of the TV is even easier to get use to, since it has the same platform, setup, and settings similarities.

I love all the options it has for apps and how you can access the internet right from your tv. I am still learning the buttons to the remote. I have been using the same tv remote for many years. So learning the placement of the buttons has been quite the experience. I love all the features that the remote offers.

My Samsung TV allows me to sit an enjoy some of my favorite movie sagas in a row without feeling tired, the quality is just amazing and it makes you feel like you are inside the screen. The sound is another great feature, you can change it accordingly to your personal taste, I particularly love to get that deep sound while watching a horror movie. Finally, whenever I have company, and I don't want my TV to be the focal point of my room I just use it as a work of art by setting my favorite painting on the screen, it is a great touch to make my hole decor a cohesive ambiance. In conclusion, I love my Samsung TV!

The only thing that's not my favorite is the remote it has to much button now and days things are simple less buttons. This remote reminds me of when tv only had basic cable with all these buttons. And they close together in my opinion. I hope they create another simpler remote for this tv. Other than that minor thing, this product is amazing. Would totally recommend to anyone looking for a tv. I am loving the new Samsung Crystal UHD TV. The TV setup was incredibly easy through my Samsung Account on the Smarththings app. It was easy to connect with Airplay and Wireless connect to the Laptop. The built-in speakers produce really good audio quality as well, which was a pleasant surprise.

The clarity of the 4k picture is crystal clear that makes movies like Marvel's End Games look like you're watching it in the theater. Especially when you have it paired with a soundbar it's even a better experience. It comes with mean great features that allow you to connect things via Bluetooth as well. Last thing I will say is that Samsung outperformed themselves with this great TV.
