Nice but dissappointed

i really want to love my new tv, but i am dissappointed. my tv keeps dropping its internet/wifi connection. i read the forums and searched this problem and it seems that i'm not the only person having this issue. based on other users experience and for mine as well, you have to unplug the tv every time it does that and then it reconnects again. which is a huge inconvenience. i did contact my internet provider and got a faster speed internet. but last night it disconnected from the wifi again. no bad weather or issues on my end. it's the tv. other than that...i do like the tv. it also changes the channels a bit slow, but i can deal with that.

New Owner: Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 TV and for your review. I am very sorry you are experiencing Wi-Fi connection issues. A recent firmware update is available which may help improve your connection. (1420.0 released on 1/5/21) Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. You may also want to enable automatic updates for future convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update. Great all-rounder

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mainly use it for streaming, and the picture and colours are bright and sharp. Sound is great. So easy to set up. Will be introducing it to a games console soon. For a cheaper model in the stores, I'm really impressed.

Crystal clear picture

Love our new Samsung

Love it just slow

Great features & awesome picture

Very good tv

I love it!

Amazing picture quality

Affordable

However, the display quality does not match that of a QLED TV, and it took me a few days to get used to it. Still, for the price, this is a great TV.
