Best tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is hands down the greatest TV I have ever had. Its beyond fast easy and amazing to watch. All the apps I watch on a regular basis is here and definitely looking at getting the 85in for my bedroom

You can't go wrong

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great tv. I use it for just about everything. The gaming experience is awesome. It does all the work for you, all you have to do is plug in your external equipment and the tv does all the work for you. It give you the best picture and sound for that equipment that you are using. I like to watch a lot of movies and play online with friends and with one button I can switch with no problem. I haven't had any problems with my tv and I use it about 12 hours daily. No over heating or blurry pictures. The thing I like the most is how you can control what equipment is connect to the tv with the same remote and it even turns them on by you just turning the tv on.

We Love It

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very pleased. We love it. The color and clarity is amazing. It's like the tv and movie characters are in the room. Watching sports events makes us feel like we're there. We have dark drapes behind the tv and it's like being in a movie theater. We'd highly recommend this television.

Great TV and good picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is very big but it still has an extremely clear picture. I have used this TV to watch movies, shoes, and even watch regular air antenna television and it still has a clear dynamic picture. I have used it to play video games and I get immersed in the game with a huge clear picture. I couldn't be happier with this TV and will continue to be a proud samsung member for life. Movie theatre quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great clear, bright colored picture. Very light and easy to assemble. Remote is extremely hypersensitive. You barely touch the up or down buttons and it is scrolling fast. The Samsung plus gives a wide range of free movies, TV shows, an music channels all preinstalled and free to watch! Love the option to download more apps to watch our favorite networks. Sound is crisp and clear.

This tv has a beautiful picture.

Unfortunately, my last few Samsung products have not held up the way i feel they should have considering the price. For example, this TV is less than 3 years old and it makes a horrible noise when it is turned on or off for about 15 minutes.

Thank you for sharing details of the ticking noise you’re hearing from your AU8000 TV. Samsung TVs use a combination of metal and plastic materials. These materials are subject to expansion and contraction due to temperature changes. Occasional creaking, popping, or cracking may be heard. Additionally, specific components within the TV may cause these temporary noises once powered off. Please know this does not indicate a product malfunction, and your TV is safe to use. With this in mind, here are a few quick tips on reducing the expansion that can cause these noises. 1) Ensure that there is adequate ventilation. Some enclosures may not allow for proper ventilation. This causes the internal temperature to increase and the plastic to expand more than usual. For recommended ventilation requirements, please see your user manual. 2) Make sure there aren't any heating or air conditioning vents pointing directly at the TV. 3) Verify that the TV is on a flat and level surface. Lasted 1 1/2 years.

The TV picture is fine. It has enough inputs. The home screen is a bit messy and you can't remove certain channel icons to clean it up. The remote, I feel, has way to many very seldom used buttons. Those issues are subjective issues. What is not is the TV after 1 1/2 years is now randomly rebooting. I've updated & factory reset with the issue still present. So, I bought a larger TCL. WAY happier.

Please try a few troubleshooting steps that may help solve the issue: 1) Check the power cable for damage and proper connection. 2) If the cable is bent, broken, kinked, pinched, pressed excessively (possibly by a heavy object on top), or damaged, this is likely the cause of the issue. Replace the cable. 3) Unplug the TV from the wall outlet for 30 seconds, then plug it back in. 4) If the power cycling allows enough time between powering on and off, try updating the TV to the latest firmware. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes, depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software. The TV will likely need service if the issue persists after these steps. Please contact us so that we can better investigate your issue and assist you with a solution or replacement. Simplicity to use great picture

It's easy to download apps like hulu, Netflix, and peacocktv to name a few. Or I have the option to watch Samsung TV plus... added bonus. Very pleased with the television. Good TV, Terrible Remote Control

Overall it a nice TV though I'm not impressed with the "Smartness" part. The web browser is both slow and quite awkward to use even with a wireless mouse and keyboard. It come installed with apps for Hulu, Netflix and Prime. I cant comment on Hulu and Netflix as I only have Prime but an Amazon Firestick with its own remote is far superior to the Samsung app which leads me to the Samsung remote control. There are dedicated buttons for Hulu, Netflix and Prime which take up real estate better used for something else if only for more spacing between other buttons. And Heaven forbid you unintentionally press one. Backing out is a frustrating three step process. There are two other menus available to access those apps. Why have dedicated buttons. The remote itself is too skinny, buttons on the small side and too close together. It's the only remote I've ever had that has the "power" button on the top left. It has a round back that prevents one handed operation when laying on a table or next to you on a sofa as it rocks side to side if you attempt to press a button. You must pick it up to use it or use a second hand to hold it steady. The buttons suffer from contact bouncing which is very annoying. Intermittently skips up or down channels and volume settings. Sometimes three of four increments. Bottom line: the worst remote I have ever had. BN59-01315A If you have cable and mostly use the cable remote, then it's not much of a problem. Otherwise ... I would only recommend this product to a friend after demonstrating the remote.

This product is very easy to use with your phone

It's is very easy to navigate around this operating system with your phone. As well as this I learnt I could pair this smart TV with my Amazon Alexa and it makes it even easier to use. I mainly use it to turn on the tv and to adjust the volume.
