Picture quality is amazing!

After a long day at work/school, it feels great to settle down and enjoy a movie with the ones we love! I'm glad we chose a high-quality brand of televisions! Awesome choice!!

This Product Is Wonderful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung TV Is Quite Amazing It has Great Quality features that are easy to use UnLike Most TV's! You don't have to be a Genius to use it! Fast set up and has soo many Amazing apps that come with the tv and if the app you Love isn't there Dont Worry You Can Also Download Apps Of Your Choice On This TV!. It is very efficient. I Totally Recommend it Who doesn't Want A Movie theater feeling In there Home while watching all your favorite Shows/Movies. It is Also Samsung and Apple device compatible Which I Love!! My Husband was able to connect to the tv aswell when he had a iPhone not only my Samsung phone so its great for everyone in the family or if you have both brands Double plus for you! Just FYI It also Comes with free Samsung TV so you can watch free movies Or TV shows even Your Local Channels! Pretty cool especially even if you have cable but just waiting to hook it up to your New Tv Or Simply if you don't have cable it works great! or if you have cable set up It's still great why not get the Best of Both Worlds its Free! Addition to that I totally Recommend 100/100!

Bad Picture

samsung is the only brand of tv's i buy. i've never had a single complaint until now. my 8 year old plasma had a much better picture than this new 4k uhd? even after buying new 4k-8k hdmi cables, following picture quality “optimum” settings, and all the troubleshooting tips, the picture is too dark to watch. when you raise the brightness and contrast, it gets fuzzy? i'm frustrated and disappointed with everything about this tv. the remote design is horribe! i've never had a samsung tv dissapoint me. this particular 65” crystal 4k uhd hdr tv is junk! my old dlp tv had a picture better than this!i have come to expect much better quality from samsung. disapointment is an uderstatment with this product...

Brad: Thank you for purchasing the TU7000 TV and for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the brightness levels of your picture. If the colors on your TV are correct but just a little too dark or bright you can try Dynamic Picture Mode, or manually adjust the Brightness settings to your liking. Dynamic Picture Mode will make pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. Go to: Settings > Picture > Picture Mode > Dynamic Manually adjust the Brightness and other settings. Go to: Settings> Picture> Expert Settings You may also want to disable Power Saving Mode which automatically adjusts the brightness to reduce the TV’s power consumption. Go to Settings> General> Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode. Ambient Light Detection will also automatically adjust the brightness level of the TV, according to the ambient light level, to reduce power consumption. If Ambient Light Detection has adjusted the screen brightness to a too bright or dark level, you can select Minimum Brightness to manually adjust the minimum screen brightness. Go to Settings> General> Eco Solution> Ambient Light Detection Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings>Support>Software Update. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update. I hope this helps to improve your picture. 2 things you should know

2 things you should know. when you 1st turn on the tv, and want to load a specific app, it is very hard to tell which app you have highlighted to click. 2ndly, - fast forward, rewind, pause, play btns are all at the bottom. It's very difficult to hold the remote at the very bottom, and press those keys. i have tried to buy another remote, but anything that will sync w samsung, those keys are at the bottom.

Best TV Ever!

There is great picture quality for movies and tv shows as well as when gaming. For the price, I think the quality is unbeatable and it looks very sleek as well. Would recommend to anyone!

Best TV I ever bought!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can I just say WOW! This is a great TV. My old one was 10 years old and I have been wanting a new one for quite a while. When I had the opportunity to buy this at a discount in exchange for an honest review, I jumped! The picture is amazing! We were watching an OLD Disney movie and the picture appeared to "jump" because the refresh rate is so high! Setting up all the smart features was super easy! Even connecting our existing surround sound was a breeze! Super easy to figure out the "smart" features. I was able to do it without the book that came with it! It has taken some tweaking to get picture settings just right and to make sure the sound and picture are just right, but now my kids are so excited because I don't have to sign them into Netflix or Disney+ when they want to watch something. They can even "throw" their Youtube and TicTok up on the screen from their phones.

Glad I bought two

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had several different brands of tv's over the years and I've had real good luck with Samsung. I read everything on the new crystal processor and thought to give it a try. after all it's a Samsung. I was so impressed with my 43 inch that I went ahead and bought a 55 inch crystal for the living room. Picture is great, sounds good (could be better with a sound bar), and I'm completely satisfied and figure money well spent.

first smart tv.

Really great tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the size and clarity of the tv. It looks amazing in my room. I was able to download most of my streaming apps into the tv. The only thing I'd say is, that there have been a few times where I turned on the tv and it was pixelated, and the colors were wrong. I wasn't able to fix it until the I unplugged the tv and re-plugged it in. Speaking of soundbar, I wanted to connect my Philip's one, but there is no plug in for it on the tv which is a little disappointing. Other than that..the TV is pretty awesome!

Amazing TV

i had a sony bravia before and the picture was dark. this tv is bright and the colors are perfect. the smart tv features are seamless. i would definatly tell someone to buy this tv. finally the price was perfect! ill probably replace all my tvs with samsungs now.
