Excellent picture. Nice Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a 55" LG with TU700 65". Although the LG was only 3 years old its a world apart in picture quality as well as sound Being in my late 60s and yes, sorta hard of hearing, the Samsung sounded clearer and better defined. Easily accessible Apps makes Firestick all but useless. Thanks Samsung

It's a television...

this television is great overall... when it's working. today the screen went dark and it's trying to turn itself off and on and the red indicator light flashes. this television is @ two years old and this is the second time with the same failure. it took 2 weeks to get home service repairs last time and it was still under warranty. hopefully, i'll be able to find my purchase receipt and it will be under warranty still. if it isn't, i won't replace it with a samsung.

Hi Dano, Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 TV. I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing a power cycling issue where your TV turns on and off repeatedly. Please try a few troubleshooting steps that may help solve the issue: 1) Check the power cable for damage and proper connection. 2) If the cable is bent, broken, kinked, pinched, pressed excessively (possibly by a heavy object on top of it), or damaged, this is likely the cause of the issue. Replace the cable. 3) Unplug the TV from the wall outlet for 30 seconds, then plug it back in. 4) If the power cycling allows enough time between powering on and off, try updating the TV to the latest firmware. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes, depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software. The TV will likely need service if the issue persists after these steps. Please contact us so that we can better investigate your issue and assist you with a solution or replacement. Great Value with Great Picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV as an upgrade to our bedroom TV and was amazed how much sharper and clearer it is than the TV I bought last year for the kids gaming room (super cheap and not a samsung). The depth is amazing and though I have seen the latest greatest TV's with the pricetag that will leave your wallet crying, this TV gets the closest clarity and depth on a budget. I own mainly Samsung products, refrigerator, washer, dryer, microwave, phones, etc..., and this purchase proved to be the right one for me. It does what I want, at a reasonable price and exceeds the quality for the price. I get the feeling I am watching my sports live and feel more drawn into gaming, which I had slowed down on because my old TV was small and outdated. Depth, motion, clarity, contrast and sharpness are all outstanding at this price point. My hats off to Samsung on this TV.

Smart view

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I enjoy mirroring our Samsung phones S21 and S10 as well as our Samsung tablets S7 and S7+ over the smart screen television. I have used the smart view display to practice my PowerPoint work lectures. We also often view photos taken from our phones. Love the crisp clear sharpness it displays. Thank you Samsung!

Great picture quality!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldn't ask for better! My crystal UK tv is just what I needed. The picture quality is amazing. Friday nights have turned to movie nights without the need to go to the movie theaters. The screen is wide enough to see every part of smtge show/movie I'm watching. Best of all, the sound quality is better than I expected. There isn't a need to raise the volume too high. The tv also features constant notifications so you won't miss an update. Overall, I'm pleased and happy with the quality and features of my new tv!

Great Price

had a 4k smart sony bravia 55 that tanked after only 5 years. bought my 55 class tu7000 4k smart for 1/3rd of the sony price. only real problem is on me. i did not check and when setting up later found there are only 2 hdmi's! tv's in this age can't have 2. what with blu-ray, sound bar, & cable you need 3 minimum. do your homework and check before buying any tv.

Good tv, good value.

Not only it took me an hour to enter this as it was “downloading” page but you are truly annoying with how many letters you want in description. There you go, you can give your gift card to someone else, as while your tv is good, you are not.

don't buy it

I bought this tv during Black Friday day, everything is ok, but pictures quality is poor, when I watch YouTube on it, the people on the tv seem like 2d cartoon characters, they like plastic people, look very fake. At first I thought it is the video, after I watch it t on iPad, it is the tv. And I try just watch no rmal tv chanal on it, it is the same perblem.

Buy A Different Brand!

If you appreciate customization, this TV is not for you. The bloatware can not be deleted and many of the “free” shows forced on to your Home Screen are disgusting. You would think in 2020 that you could control what apps are on your Home Screen, or at least their order. Not with this TV. Throw the TV Plus app in that opens every time you turn on the TV to more trash shows, and you have a loser piece of technology. If I can not get my husband to get on board with a return, we will have to get a Roku for a brand new TV. Ridiculous!
