Great TV (model TU8000)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was using the TV with my Xbox and cable box (hooked up to the Xbox), for a couple of years. But the Xbox recently died and I had to start using the TV with its apps and the cable box directly hooked up to the TV. The picture is so much better! I didn't realize the Xbox was downgrading the picture so much. I just wish there were more updates to the TV. I'm sure they just want me to buy a new model instead of downloading updates...

Quality for a lesser price

personally this was my first television i've bought as an adult & wasn't looking into breaking the bank yet wanted a comfortable priced 4k tv. looked into various for a week & of course they have some for a bit more, but for my usage it's perfect! will defintely be buying more samsung electronics aside from already having the s22 ultra, oh it will also connect to your samsung device to use as a remote etc.

Easy to use Smart TV

Once connected can download your most used apps and will save as shortcuts saving you time to watch what you want. Great picture for not only sports but for movies! Picture is so great that even the cat stops playing and watches with me!

Awesome image and compatibility with my phone

Love my new Samsung TV

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) My new Samsung TV is great! The picture is fantastic and the set-up was a breeze. There has only been one issue so far. The TV disconnected from my WiFi. It was easily reconnected though, which is more than I can say for my old LG TV!

Amazing Quality!

i cannot say enough good things about this television set. set up was simple and remote is easy to use. i was able to add my subscription apps as well as download many free apps. samsung tv plus is included for free! the remote is easy to use and has shortcuts. i am able to easily cast content from other devices and it was a cinch to add the tv to my google home network. the picture quality is amazing and makes me feel like i am right there with the actors. the gaming graphics are better than on any tv i have owned in the past. the sound quality is also good. i would recommend this tv to anyone looking for a great piece of technology for a great price!

The best tv ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Samsung television and i have to say i am in complete awe with this TV. The fact that i can do just about anything with this TV is a plus factor. I didn't even know i had built in chromecast until recently!!! I can play my music from Apple Music, I can watch Hulu, Netflix and all. The sleek design and the clear picture just makes me even more happy. I couldn't ask for a more better TV then this one.

Tv is a great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the most part this TV is a great TV . The apps the technology everything about it is great it only has one small flaw to it, after a while of use the screen will start to flicker a little bit what you just have to turn the TV off and turn it back on for it to stop. I don't know if that's something that needs to be updated or if there's a problem with the inner workings of the screen itself. but if that's the only thing I have to worry about it's not that big of a deal to me.

Not so great

has great wifi capabilities! other than that, samsung sold us short on this tv. bad in high lighting situations, very few inputs, the stand is two legs that are horrible and leave you unable to put it anywhere but a long entertainment unit or on a tv mount.

Poor quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After less than two years of use, the upper right corner of the tv screen is noticeably dimmer than the rest of the tv. It seems as if a section of lighting has stopped working. Disappointed in the quality.

Hi Michael, It's disappointing to hear that your TU7000 TV screen is having image issues. I recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps to ensure the problem is not with an external device. 1. Check all input cable connections if any external devices are connected. 2. If the issue persists, define precisely what is wrong with the display. For example, mosaics and blocks, multiple lines or white dots, or fixed, horizontal, or vertical lines. 3. Try changing channels using the remote control. Is the issue the same on all channels? 4. Press the Home button (looks like a house), select Source, and choose another input source. Is the issue the same on all sources? 5. If the same problem persists, run a diagnostic test. (Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test) 6. If the problem disappears during the test, check your TV signal (Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Signal Information) to check the signal strength. The signal strength must be more than 20 dB (more than 4 bars on the icon) for stable signal reception Should your issue persist, don't hesitate to get in touch with Samsung Customer Support.
