The gaming system games look so real . The sound is of the highest quality. You all get free cable channels with Samsung. I love love my TV !!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with the TV, especially for the price. The connectivity to various apps as a smart TV is great, and the resolution is very clear. The only downside is that it can sometimes be a bit slow, but that could also be due to my own wifi.

The settings and figuring out connection is difficult. You can't screen mirror your iPhone to this tv unless you are on Wi-Fi. Must use WI-FI to use the apps and Samsung tv features. There are no power buttons or volume buttons on this tv, so don't lose your remote! If I didn't have to put this thing back in the box to return it, I'd return it.

The game mode is a huge plus if your an avid player. Because of this purchase I went out and opted for another Samsung QLED 4K for our bedroom. We love samsung products!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The WIFI went out in about 16 months and the warranty is only for 12 months. When the WIFI was working it was great for streaming. I really enjoyed watching movies and sports on the TV. If not for the WIFI going out in less than a year and half I would have given this TV a 5 Star rating. Samsung did agree to pay for the parts after they confirmed that the WIFI was defective. I had to pay for the labor and transport it to and from the service center as it would have been a lot more if they come to your residence. Very disappointed in a TV that needs to be repaired in less than 2 years!

We use another streaming device so don't use a lot of the smartTV features, but they seem good when I've dabbled in them. The only drawback for me is having only 2 HDMI ports. Would like more, but for the price, this TV is a bargain. No reason to pay hundreds more for another port or two.

Not as many bells & whistles as our main TV downstairs but gorgeous enough that the kids are awed. Picture and sound quality are good and I love having it connected to my phone, so I can control how much and what the kids watch.
