sorry, one big issue i seem to have is my tu7000 is having is staying connected to the internet. my internet company upgraded my wifi. still gets knocked, this week 2 times. then i have issues with trying to reconnect. i find this unacceptable. my last unit lost it's picture, within 2 years. my first samsung, a non smart tv, still works, with no issue. i will never buy a samsung tv, again. i will go back to sony or may be panasonic.

I'd purchased one a few years ago for a different room and loved it so went with the same brand for this purchase and it is even better. I got a roku stick to go with it but with all of the options already offered, including live TV, the roku is redundant. The picture is beautiful, the sound is great, it was easy to get out of the box and install, and it is a perfect addition to my workout room.

The following features have been really nice: - Smart TV with apps / downloadable apps for all the common streaming services. - Samsung TV Plus: free streaming channels, from news, to free movies, to common free-to-air channels. Which in addition to the Smart TV streaming apps provides tons of content. - Easy to setup - Slim form factor and mounts nicely on a wall for a slim, flush look. - Picture quality has been good for movies, streaming services, connecting a laptop to TV, etc.

All streaming services work well, and since I have a Samsung smart phone, lots of the screen mirroring/Dex works amazingly. The controller also works well, and has had no issues with responsiveness.

I wanted them to have a quality tv for their first Samsung. My wife bought the 65" Crystal 7000 as a replacement for the 55". I would like to have had the new QLED but because of the price and due to the pandemic, I couldn't afford it at this time. Hopefully that will be my next Samsung as we won't buy any other brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We primarily use our Samsung TU7000 Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV for watching sports, series, comedies, singing competition shows, and movies. Our main source is a satellite box for networks, but we also have an HD antenna connected. Since it is a smart TV we are able to stream many channels, including several music apps. Our Samsung is connected by a 4K HDMI cable to a Yamaha 5.1 4KHD Receiver running Polk speakers. Since we are retired, anytime we are home and inside, the TV is on playing music when we're not watching a show. We love that when we are playing songs from Apple Music the lyrics to the song playing scroll down the screen. The picture quality is incredible! Watching NFL football on the 75" screen with surround sound is awesome! This is the fourth HDTV we have had for our main viewing in our Family room. Each time we have gone up in screen size and changed brands. This Samsung, by far, is the absolute best one we have ever had! The remote is functional and easy to use, however, since we watch satellite programs the most, we have programed the satellite remote to turn on and off both the Samsung TV and the Yamaha receiver. We are very satisfied with our Samsung TU7000 Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV!

Connected to our wifi in a snap and we were enjoying the beautiful color in no time. I would highly recommend this model and we didn't break the bank on our purchase.
