Good TV for the Price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This television has been a major upgrade over the one it replaced. The picture quality is great and does not get a "pixilated" effect when showing darker colors like my old television did. Color quality in my opinion is excellent. The one complaint I do have is that the screen will start to flicker while watching a show making it necessary to switch inputs to give it a rest then switch back and continue your show. Overall I am happy with this purchase.
Love this Tv but…
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Samsung Tv… It has a great picture, I love that if I want to game the tv auto adjust to game mode. Nice crisp sound software update that downloads auto so u don't have too. Best tv I've had in the last 20 yrs of buying. I'm also thinking about upgrading to a newer Samsung model 75 just to see Samsung can out do themselves lol…. They are their only competitors. They out do them self they stand alone in the television world.

Easy set up
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is used for OTA local broadcast viewing (with rooftop antenna) as well as WIFI streaming Prime, Netflix, Discovery +, etc. Very pleased with the ease to get set up and ready for entertainment viewing. Picture quality is pretty good and sound is better than I expected for an entry-level TV. We did eventually add a soundbar to enhance the audio. I made a mistake during initial set up when doing clock settings and mi-understood the daylight savings option. Now, since the time change, when I pull up the viewing guide, all the times are an hour off. For some reason, the settings menu option for time won't let me adjustments and so as far as I know I can't fix this outside of doing a complete reset and starting over. No thanks, I'll live with it. Another catch I encountered was when the TV somehow stopped reading the Firestick I have in one of the HDMI slots. I did eventually figure out how to get to it through the "home" menu so all is now good (even though you don't need the Firestick because Prime is an option right on the Samsung remote!). One last thing I noticed is that the display is VERY reflective, so we have to be careful not to have a table lamp or floor lamp that can be reflected in our viewing "angles." I don't know if other types of screens would be different. Overall, I am pleased with this TV and would recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for a smart TV that won't break your bank.
Wifi
sorry, one big issue i seem to have is my tu7000 is having is staying connected to the internet. my internet company upgraded my wifi. still gets knocked, this week 2 times. then i have issues with trying to reconnect. i find this unacceptable. my last unit lost it's picture, within 2 years. my first samsung, a non smart tv, still works, with no issue. i will never buy a samsung tv, again. i will go back to sony or may be panasonic.

Nice TV, clunky smart TV
unlike roku, you can't delete certain apps and thus, if you don't use them, it is not worth having them on the device....picture, sound, size for price, all make this worth purchasing. the smart remote is ok but not great. the preloaded netflix and prime are nice as i have them, but not being able to choose what stays and goes seems ancient....was easy to add what i wanted, but not easy to drop what you dont if it was one of the preloaded ones...
This Product Is My Favorite!

It was so easy to sign into all the streaming services, I can easily listen to music, & I can also game as much as I want. I never bought a Samsung before this but I will stick with it now! I also can control my TV with my cellphone through an app! Im proud of my tv lol
Good screen, awful software
in the age of tv's now where every one has their own software, this samsung interface is one of the worst. its so extremely laggy that its hard to even navigate the menu and the input from the remote is terrible too. the interface itself is not smooth and far from user friendly. i have already bought a google chromecast with android tv to plug in and use instead. the only reason it got more than 1 star is because the picture quality is nice when you are finally able to pull up what you want to watch.

Great Picture!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 58" Class TU7000 Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV has a very sharp picture, and also has a really good looking understated design. The audio is what is expected from TV speakers. It really has tons of smart features and easy to use interface. Set up was easy, could use a couple more HDMI slots (but I fixed that by purchasing an HDMI switch box). The colors are true to life and picture can be tweaked to your personal preference. All and all, a very good HD TV and would recommend it to all.
Beautiful picture with awesome features

Reflections don't seem to affect the screen so when I'm up making popcorn I can watch from the kitchen haha. The smart features are amazing with Samsung TV plus free you can cut cable and still have a lot to watch from news to sports and even video game news channel IGN. And with the new feature Google home support ill be able to control my TV by voice! I love my Samsung! The picture is crystal clear hence the name crystal uhd lol. And the most important part they don't rake you over the coals with an amazing price point!! Love my t.v.!
