Good tv with easy setup and nice sound & picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to set up the television. have really enjoyed the Samsung TV options that stream. I've been watching way more Bob Ross which has been nice in this pandemic. Good sound quality that does not require an extra soundbar, though it couldn't hurt.

This is an awesome smart tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Basically for it for my granddaughter's room. It's great for streaming her favorites and easy for her to use. Everything you need in one place. There's no need for additional streaming sticks or devices. Just wifi and go.

bad internet connection

the tv disconnects everyday from the internet... my internet is 400gb and the tv keeps saying that there is no internet available. i need to take it off from the power and then put it back, in order for it connects again even when it is connected, the wifi signal is really bad, i can't watch youtube videos (they keep loading forever) my tv is less than 5 meters from the wifi router

Great TV- terrible remote design

tv looks great… awesome quality. 4k is great sound is also good! set up was not smooth, im very tech savvy and this was not terrible bit not very easy either. cant imagine i someone who may not be tech savvy doing this. the main dissapointment is the remote. terrible!! should be a back light feature. the navigation buttons for apps and chanells are at the bottom- maybe be better on top or mid section and oh yes.. ki d of hard to use it when you cant see!

love it!!

I love how the tv makes my games come alive. Thinking of buying another Samsung tv to accommodate my husband because I retired my old 360xbox to him.

Great TV for a Great Price!

I have had no issues and the TV works better than expected. I'm a big fan of the various settings that you can play with to get your preferred viewing experience. Highly recommended!

Frustrating...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv would be fine except that it restarts four or five times daily...I've followed every troubleshooting advice I can find.. countless resets...unplugging...device care procedures...nothing fixes the issue...it was too large and heavy for me to repack and return...the picture is great...but the daily restarts are stressful and frustrating...

Turns Back on Randomly

We bought two Samsung tvs, and each has a nice picture and good sound, but each also has a super weird and off-putting habit of randomly turning back on after we turn them off. We will go to bed, and all of a sudden minutes later the tv comes back on all by itself, with nothing anywhere near the remote. Super weird. Don't like that problem.

Hi JAM JPM, Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 TV. I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing an issue where your TV turns itself on. 1. Unplug the TV from the wall outlet or surge protector and leave it unplugged for 30 seconds. 2. Check the power cord to see if there is any visible damage. 3. Plug the TV power cord back into the wall outlet. If you were using a surge protector, bypass it for now and use a wall outlet. 4. Try to update the software. In some cases, a software update can correct the problem. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes, depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software. 5. Disable the Power On with Mobile option. TVs that can connect to SmartThings can be turned on using compatible devices, sometimes automatically. However, if abnormal "power on" signals are sent through the wireless network, they will trigger this function and make the TV turn on. If you do not want this function, navigate to Settings > General > Network > Expert Settings > Power On with Mobile, and turn the setting off. If the TV continues to turn on by itself continuously, please contact our Samsung Customer Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. Great TV. Needs Upgrade On OS

The only thing I have an issue with is the response of the OS. There is a delay between when i press a button and when the action happens on the screen. Not sure what the issue is but im sure its the firmware. Other than that i love the TV.

Love the clarity
