i thought my previous tv by hisense which was almost 6 years old had a good picture. then i received this one as a fathers day gift and was blown away. the picture is phenomenal, os is very responsive, apps are plentiful and work flawlessly. i love my new tv.

Got this tv in mid December 2022 and I'm not really happy with it. I had a 65” Amazon fire tv Omni Series before this one and the fire tv beats this tv all day long. I purchased the fire tv in the summer and I was having some blurry issues with it. I thought it was the tv since it wasn't a well none tv like lg or Samsung so I purchased this Samsung tu7000. Once I got the Samsung hooked up, it was having the same issues as the fire tv so it must be shows or the internet or something. I find the picture on this new Samsung really dark. I have it set to standard but it's just really dark, and if I put it on dynamic, it's to bright and I find it glares sometime. My other Samsung tvs are way brighter on the standard mode, not sure why this tu7000 is so dark. The sound isn't as good as my other samsung tvs either, which is disappointing but it's a lot better than the fire tv. The fire tv was a lot easier to use with Alexa. I purchased the tu7000 because it said it worked with Alexa, But the remote didn't have a voice button. So I'm not exactly sure what works with Alexa means. I purchased an Amazon echo dot and tried to hook it up to the tv but it doesn't seem to do anything. I'm going to call in and see if I can get some help with that. But overall, yes I'm disappointed in this tv. And I'm very disappointed if I can't get Alexa to work to change the volume, turn tv off and on, change apps, pause, rewind etc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To start this off, I usually gravitate towards Samsung products. Samsung tvs are pretty good and are not expensive. This tv is awesome, my main use for it is playing video games and they always look amazing. The TU7000 is lightweight and very easy to move around if needed. The sound from the speakers is decent, but definitely not the best. Keep in mind this is considered a budget tv, not the top of the line. My only real complaint I have about it is the placement of the holes for mounting the tv. The reason behind this is, is the fact that the tv is slightly curved so the usual equipment you'd use to mount is basically useless.

The new one I got I like because already has the amazon, netflix bottom built in for easy access and now samsung has their own channel as well. We bought it as well because the picture is very clear and love the resolution, I like it a lot that I will buy another one to add to another room in my house. It was very easy to put together and easy instructions to create a samsung account for the TV and download the apps I like.

I am satisfied with my Samsung television because the quality is good. And I think I bought this Samsung television at a very reasonable price. I was worried about the delivery problem because I ordered it online, but thankfully, it was delivered safely and well. The packaging looked very neat and safe. And there was no difficulty in taking it out of the box and installing it. I am usually using it to watch the news or YouTube programs with my wife. I'm very satisfied with the screen condition and internet connection. Especially, the sound system on the television is so nice that you don't have to buy another speaker. And I didn't expect much, but it's usually used for decorative purposes. One side of the wall on which it is placed does not require any other decoration. Not only is it clean in its spot, but it is also a highly satisfying design. I think it's a great television. Furthermore, it's a beautiful television in itself. The only thing I want is to use it for a long time without any trouble. There has been no breakdown so far. So far, so good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an older & smaller Samsung "basement" tv that has worked perfectly for years, so when my larger "living room" tv (non Samsung) suddenly died after 3 years, I decided the replacement would be another Samsung. I purchased online, picked up the next morning from the big box store, brought it home and had it set-up in less than 30 minutes. I use it just for tv viewing, with antennae and wi-fi channels. Great picture and easy to adjust the settings (color, sound, etc.) with the remote. Perfect choice for me.

Exist free programs to watch, this is amazing. And my son's video game was connected on the tv, the image is perfect. I really love this tv. The size and image quality is my favorite things about this tv. I can watch tv with my windows open, and the light no influence the tv image. I ❤️
