Great features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Goodness I'm not sure where to start. I wasn't sure what a difference HD to UHD would be but you can truly tell the difference for the picture quality is so vibrant. Haven't figured out the difference between my old tv and this one with the crystal UHD 4k. Works great with Alexa and google assistant. When I was telling my very young grandson I got a new 4k smart tv with game enhancer, he said I'll be over if my mom will bring me. The setup was a breeze even for me! I'm enjoying my new 43" crystal UHD 4k smart tv. Needless to say.
Great picture - internet connection trick
the picture is perfect and the sound is just fine since it is set up in my son's bedroom. for some reason, 2020 models have an issue initially connecting to the internet. the router is only 30 feet away from the tv and i have other tv's double to triple the distance away from the router that had no issues connecting. a trick i learned is to initially connect the tv using your cell phone and update the tv's software. you can then connect your tv to your home internet. no issues since the tv was connected to the internet. very pleased with he purchase and so will you.
Great value for money
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Color: I may not be very tech savvy, but I do recognize a really good product when I see one. I used a prior model of the samsung tv from 2017 and I must say that this is a great upgrade. The quality of the images and color are way more vibrant and realistic.Size: the sheer size of the 75" blew my mind. I am myopic and I have always preferred watching television without my glasses on and this television allows me to do just that. Of course the great quality of color coupled with the size now make enjoying my favorite show is a pure delight.Bluetooth: I'm constantly streaming music from my tv and now to be able to connect to a bluetooth speaker gives me that option.Setup: set up was such a breeze, even without having to read the manual. One of the neatest thing though, is the universality of their remote controls. Like how cool is that? Being able to use the remote control from my older television as well as the one that came with the tv. Bravo!Service: while I have no need for tech support and I hope I won't need that for some time, but I am grateful that they for the patients they Exercise with getting my tv through a courier service from the USA to South America. For simply that, I am pleased.
Excellent TV
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wowzers, thanks Samsung. We absolutely love our new TV, great price point and super easy setup. Everything works great and the picture quality is fantastic. I only wish the TV came with more preinstalled apps or that it was easier to add apps to the Samsung TV.
Not bad for the price, but no Hulu App
the image quality is good for the price. the overall experience is good. but we mostly use streaming services. i had a 42" samsung before, that didn't have the hulu app available. we bough this one because it had the app logo in the box, instead of other brand of similar quality and price. for our surprise, it had almost all the apps we use, except hulu. we have the app on our phones and tables and we can stream it to the tv, but the whole idea on buying this tv was not having to do that. other than that, i wish it had some analog connection for dvd players and audio receivers. it only has 2 hdmi and one audio (optical) 1 usb port and one lan port.

I am very sorry to hear that you are not able to find the Hulu app. First, please make sure you are running the latest firmware version (ver 1401.7) Software updates are regularly released for Samsung products. If possible, you should always update to the latest version to make sure that your device is the best it can possibly be. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to Settings>Support>Software Update Both the current version and new version number will be displayed. The current version is what your TV is using and the new version is the latest update. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience by selecting > Auto Update. If your app is not available on the home screen, you can search for it and install it. - Press Home, then select the Apps icon - Navigate to the top and select the Search icon (magnifying glass) - Type Hulu in the search bar and install the app Note: You may need to cold reboot the TV for Hulu to load this version (5.3.262) To cold reboot the TV: While the TV is on, press and hold the power button on the remote until the TV turns off and then back on. Beautiful picture for such a large screen
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We watch cable TV shows and movies, sports and streaming series. I do not like how difficult it is to set the shut-off timer. I hate the fact that this TV shuts itself off randomly, just like my last Samsung. Will be calling for warranty service.

Please try a few troubleshooting steps that may help solve the issue: 1) Check the power cable for damage and proper connection. 2) If the cable is bent, broken, kinked, pinched, pressed excessively (possibly by a heavy object on top of it), or damaged, this is likely the cause of the issue. Replace the cable. 3) Unplug the TV from the wall outlet for 30 seconds, then plug it back in. 4) If the power cycling allows enough time between powering on and off, try updating the TV to the latest firmware. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes, depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software. Great compatibility
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was amazed at how easy setup was for this product. It recognized my Blu-ray as soon as i plugged it in and configured the remote for control of the player. Apple devices stream to it with no issues. Wi-Fi setup was easy and adding apps for streaming services was a breeze. All in all very pleasantly surprised and the picture quality is fantastic too.

I have no problem streaming anything I want through Wi-Fi and it switches seamlessly between the cable signal and apps with just one touch of a button. Can't say enough good things about this TV.
