[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best part about this TV is not having to plug anything else into it for streaming (i.e. apple tv, fire stick, etc). Apps are accessible via the home menu, and I don't think I have run into having any apps unavailable yet. I took a star off because it doesn't allow me to configure my "most used" apps to be at the start of the app list and I have to scroll around a lot to get to the things I use frequently. Great picture / resolution so far and haven't had any issues.

Even better is the free Samsung streaming service. This free streaming service offers a variety of program options. I highly recommend Samsung products!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely have always loved Samsung products because not only are they beautiful they used to last long. Unfortunately, my last few Samsung products have not held up the way i feel they should have considering the price. For example, this TV is less than 3 years old and it makes a horrible noise when it is turned on or off for about 15 minutes.

the tv itself is fine, good picture quality, etc. but the os on here might as well be from 10 years ago. the app is awful. you can't type out a title once you get to the search bar. you can't add other non-samsung viewing apps so the only other way to stream is to use the "internet" function, which is embarrassingly clunky.

Although the LG was only 3 years old its a world apart in picture quality as well as sound Being in my late 60s and yes, sorta hard of hearing, the Samsung sounded clearer and better defined. Easily accessible Apps makes Firestick all but useless. Thanks Samsung

Lots of Apps.Pros: Price / Picture / Sound / Ease of UseCons: Remote Control / Time Settings Glitch / App Store should have sorting options like A-Z Z-A Newest Oldest...

Overall happy but needed a wider stand to put the TV on due to the distance between the legs. My previous set had a center mounting stand that was stable. This set has only 2 HDMI inputs which is a shortfall. Also, no Bluetooth capabilities with out purchasing a separate system. Good picture, but less than adequate volume from the cable system. Only a 1 year warranty that was less than most competition.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will be honest. I love it! A couple things though. .. I think the picture should be sharper. Makes it feel older than it is. Can't say if I'm impressed with the smart part or not. Not sure what to compare it to. Yet there again, I feel like the graphics of the smart menu and of the tv could be better. Still a world better than the one we had prior.
