Great TV- Happy Customer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this tv as a replacement for a Vizio 4K that didn't last long... Very happy so far. Clear and crisp picture. TV sound is good, but we use a sound bar for a more robust sound. I turn the sound bar off when watching late at night so as not to disturb my husband, and the tv sound alone is sufficient. We only use for watching movies and television. We've had this tv for about nine months now, and the ONLY hiccup is that it got glitchy and randomly stopped opening apps and then stopped connecting to the internet. Tried turning on and off, disconnecting from internet, etc. Had to Google and search a bit, but of all things that fixed it...literally holding the power button until it turned off, reset itself, and powered back on. Like face-palm moment. All in all, it's been great, and if the one little glitch is all the grief it gives me, I'm super happy.

Great Functionalities

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great TV, perfect screen quality and great accessibility specially with the shortcuts on the remote. Love that I can access Netflix and Prime Video with just one button. Wish I could fit an even bigger screen at my house!

Not Friendly With streaming Service

the picture is good and setting up was very easy. my issue is with samsung forcing you to see their “sponsored” streaming service everytime you turn the tv on, plus the remote is not friendly with other streaming services. i would check the compatibility and/or functionality of your streaming service before buying. samsung should put the customer first and create a way to set the default to your desired streaming service. you spend a lot of money for their product and shouldn't be forced to look at their “sponsored” service everytime you turn on the tv.

Solid Smart TV Purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I researched TV's for a few weeks. I am 30 years old and this is my first TV purchase. I wanted something smart and with great quality at a great price point. This met all those needs. What really impressed me is that it has Apple Music built in. I love that feature. Once again, for the price point, size and picture quality, if you're looking for something that fits nicely in your rom and can enjoy an HD experience; this is the way to go!

Display and sound great but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture looks outstanding and impress how loud it is compared to previous Samsung TV i had. However, within the first 30 days starting having power issues in which the TV won't turn on. What surprised me as well is that the TV does not have a power button on tv, so when tv would not turn on with either cable remote or Samsung remote, I had to unplug the the TV from power source for tv to turn on. I already had to do this at least 5 times! Not happy with this since I purchased as a replacement Samsung because of power issues.

You may want to try the following troubleshooting steps: (1) Make sure that the AC power cord is securely plugged in to the TV and the wall outlet. (2) Make sure that the wall outlet is working and the power indicator at the bottom of the TV is lit and glowing a solid red. If it is off, the TV either does not have power, or it is on and the screen is black. If it is blinking, your TV may need service. (3) Try pressing the TV Controller button at the bottom of the TV to make sure that the problem is not with the remote control. Nice picture for price.

Difficult setup-not easy

after a couple days of trying to get past error message, googling, how to fix, etc. finally working. then you have to add apps, login etc. what i do not like at all is the row of apps at the bottom of the screen. you/i can't tell which one i am on and everytime you turn tv on it doesn't go back to what i was watching/app before. then i have to search for hulu all over again. getting use to it now, but not an easy tv for a non-electronics person.

Awesome Color Quality

Sound goes in and out!!!

i gave this t.v a 3 star rating because i've only had the t.v a little under 2 years and the sound goes in and out. im disappointed because i read the reviews and seen others said the same thing. the picture is great but the sound doesn't last with this brand.

It could possibly a source issue, but if you are hearing an audio delay across all sources/channels and you have a Home Theatre System or other speakers connected to your TV, you can access the Audio Delay settings to increase the audio delay. Go to: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Delay Please know that our 2020 TVs do have an audio Pass-Through feature. This feature allows the audio signal to be sent out unprocessed to an external Soundbar or receiver connected to the TV. The external Soundbar or receiver then processes the audio, thereby eliminating the added step of processing by the TV, which adds delay. On your TV go to: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Audio Output Format > Pass-Through If you have tried this and your issue persists, please reach out to Samsung Customer Support so that we can provide further troubleshooting. Just no

i've had my samsung) a few months. i don't like it. i don't like when it asks me if i'm still watching. when i work i leave it on for my dog. there's a lot of apps you can't get. peacock for example. i also got a vizio. just about every app you can find is available.
