[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After trying the samsung tv for a few weeks I really do find the picture to be vibrant. It has great features and a nice interface. The sound quality is good and the smart part of the tv is handy. I do have to say that I'm bummed it only comes with 2 HDMI ports... and the control buttons on the bottom of the TV are horrible. There should be a dedicated Power button atleast. There is only one button and it's difficult to figure out. The Smart TV feature is great however very laggy. I actually ended up plugging in my ROKU since it was much faster. It does work so you can use it but I was just used to the faster speed. I have used the Samsung TV Plus app on this TV. Its pretty neat as it has a ton of free channels. Netflix and youtube Tv are also plusses on this TV. The remote is your typical remote no fancy bells or whistles just easy to use and straight forward. Overall a great TV with a few minor things I wish could be different.

I have purchased other brands before, but Samsung bets them all. I have many other devices from Samsung including my cell phone, which I never have any issues with.

I saw an add online for TV's so I clicked did a bit of research and went and picked one up. So crisp and clear. Great options as well. Hook directly to the Internet. Dual HDML ports. Easy to use remote control. We were so pleased with this SAMSUNG TV we went and got Samsung Phones. The Galaxy A11. Excellent phone and all the features of any 2020 phone out on the market. I never owned a phone that could focus on the Stars. Well I do now!! lol Love the latest technology. Facial id or fingerprint security as well. Go SAMSUNG for all your Electronics. picture is great, sound is clear, setup was a breeze. the remote is a bit busy for me. i prefer the older, sleeker style that came with my 55” i purchased in 2017. my only major complaint is with the smart hub. it is very laggy and makes scrolling through apps more difficult than it should be.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new Samsung Tv was great right out of the box. The setup was as easy as pushing a few buttons and following the on-screen instructions. Adding the universal remote from the cable carrier was a breeze. Searching apps and installing them is a snap. We now have access to all our favorite programs with just a few clicks. The picture is crisp and clear. Images are sharper than on the old TV we replaced. We highly recommend the 55” Samsung Crystal UHD 7000 series.

have had the tv for almost a month now and still can't seem to get thw layout of the remote down. buttons just arent located in easy to reach locations. have recently updated other tvs in the house and most of thier remotes are easier to use or intuitively located...these just arent...others in the house have had the same experience. the picture is good though and am satisfied w that. thanks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is my first smart Tv and I love it. The setup was very straight forward and easy to do. The pictures quality is just right and it gets a lot of afternoon sun, closing the curtains help. The only issue is the remote is too small and I always have it upside down. Overall very happy and would recommend this TV to anyone.

the tv is great, but too smart for us. we're in our 70's. we hate the remote. why all the numbers and small small buttons???? we had to go back to using a firestick. samsung doesn't make/offer a simpler remote. also, we hate the stand . our old samsung came with a very sturdy and useful swivel base. this one is plastic and ugly and doesn't swivel. again, they should make options.

unlike roku, you can't delete certain apps and thus, if you don't use them, it is not worth having them on the device....picture, sound, size for price, all make this worth purchasing. the smart remote is ok but not great. the preloaded netflix and prime are nice as i have them, but not being able to choose what stays and goes seems ancient....was easy to add what i wanted, but not easy to drop what you dont if it was one of the preloaded ones...

nice tv. sharp picture. better sound than last tv. only issue i had was the remote is too small and has an awkward layout. cursor keys near the bottom? that means using 2 hands to use them. dvr keys were ar very bottom too. i decided to use dish remote because its bigger and everything worked great until i selected prime. the tv said the dish reciever was off. it wasnt. i eventually found the setting to turn off the smart device thing. now it all works great.
