Love This Quality!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can't believe the clarity on this TV even for movies that are from the 50's!! The enhanced sound boosts the quality/bass which helps if you don't have room for a surround sound system. Now I hate watching TV on my older models lol. This is a must buy and price is even better.
I Expected Better
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I also own a Samsung curved 65” 8 series SQLED and absolutely have loved it for over 3 years. So, I expect quality from Samsung. This Television, while the picture is pretty amazing, is far from the quality of my other, and it's things that don't make sense. The feet, for those of us that prefer not to hang our TVs, are cheap and ugly. Seriously, such a small detail that makes a world of difference. The remote is cheap and hideous. The buttons are inconveniently placed, as well. The operating system and user interface are pretty much garbage. Once per week, I have to unplug my television and then power it back up, because the picture goes to crap or only half the screen is viewable. But, it says my software is up to date. Again, when it's working properly, it has a great picture and fills a room, at 75”. I hope Samsung goes back to the quality they're really known for.

I am sorry that you are experiencing issues with your TV needing a reset even though your firmware is up to day. Your TV has several self-diagnosis tools built in that can help solve problems with signal, network, picture, or sound. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care You may also want to clear out your TV's temporary storage space by pressing and holding the Power button for 6 seconds. What tv is this is a common question. im enjoying the full remote with numbers and easy access to the streaming services . ps5 looks great on this tv too
What's not to like
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This gorgeous tv has blessed my living room with an amazing picture. The display is so vivid, sharp, and I feel the picture is so clear it looks better than real life sometimes. The functionality of this tv is one of my favorite things. It is straightforward and easy to use. I am a very satisfied and impressed Samsung customer and will continue to buy more of their products. I mean you just can't go wrong.
Needs to be restarted often
just set up this tv three weeks ago and have had to restart 3 times because the apps stopped working. the error says "connection issue" but wifi is strong, and the tv is the only electronic having issues. so far the error has been resolved by restarting each time. i just watch streaming services, i.e netflix and hbo max, i don't use for more intense processing needs like gaming, but i think the picture is fine. i wish the remote had a talk to type function because the search interface is clumsy.

You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection: 1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m). 2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (Wi-Fi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.) 3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test 4) Try a cold reboot of your TV by pressing and holding the power button for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and on again. 5) Please also be sure you have the latest firmware update. Multipurpose
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV's is solid no matter which application I use it for. From gaming to tv the refresh rate keeps everything on point. The definition far surpasses other TV's I've had giving me a clear picture. Highly recommended!
Black screen TV
The unit worked fine for a little more than a year and a half. Then one day the screen started going black momentarily and then back normal a few times. And now it keeps turning ON and OFF every 10 seconds by itself, with a black screen. Very disappointed with this purchase.

Wifi
sorry, one big issue i seem to have is my tu7000 is having is staying connected to the internet. my internet company upgraded my wifi. still gets knocked, this week 2 times. then i have issues with trying to reconnect. i find this unacceptable. my last unit lost it's picture, within 2 years. my first samsung, a non smart tv, still works, with no issue. i will never buy a samsung tv, again. i will go back to sony or may be panasonic.

Great picture quality

We were able to easily add all our streaming apps and the interface makes it very easy to find and watch. Would definitely recommend this product.
