This product has amazing quality!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my tv. I connect my phone to it, i use certain we'll majority features on it. The only thing i will say every once in a blue moon my remote doesn't work and tv freezes other than that the best tv I've ever had!

Great Product for the Price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the size of my tv and the ease of getting to Netflix. I just click the Netflix button and no longer have to change the input on the tv first, like with my old tv. The image is very clear, sound is good, and I am overall a satisfied customer!

This product overall is a great experience

The HUB is easily navigable and organized well. You can do anything with this TV and I'm definitely glad I purchased it.

Reliable, but UI could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good picture, quick to turn on and I like that when I turn on an input (such as a console) the TV will automatically turn on and switch to the correct input. Only thing I have noticed it from time to time the screen will begin flickering rapidly. It's not super noticeable but can be annoying. It's always been fixed by just unplugging and plugging it back in however. The smart hub is alright, but it's really not that great in terms of user experience. It doesn't have a section for your recently used applications and never has suggested applications for you. You have to manually navigate to the application you want every single time. Overall, it's much easier to just use a FireTV stick or a similar product since the UI is so much better.

This TV is great for sports!

Immediately exceeded my expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In the search for a new bedroom 4K television, the Crystal UHD TU7000 took the prize. As soon as I turned it on, I was greeted by a sleek and fast set up process that took no longer than 3 minutes - connecting my cable and WiFi capabilities. As soon as set up was finished, I changed inputs to where my Nintendo Switch was already running - and was IMMEDIATELY blown away by the vibrant colors and the clear picture. I couldn't believe how good it looked and had to see how video would look. The TV comes with most standard video streaming apps installed, which is great - with pretty fast launch times. Upon trying some video on both Netflix and Hulu, I was confident I made the right choice buying this TV.With the fast and sleek menu/load speeds, the breathtaking picture, wide selection of apps on the Samsung HUB (Steam Link being my favorite so far), I can say that I am sold on any and all Samsung products. Highly recommend this product as your next 4K TV.

ADs, Slow UI

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture is good, but the UI is unbelievably slow and clunky. Combine that with ads on the home screen and its a major turn off. Samsung, no one in their right mind wants ads injected after spending hundreds or thousands on a TV.

First, Samsung TV Plus can be disabled, which removes the channels from your default guide. Should you want to disable TV Plus, follow the steps below: 1) Navigate to the Samsung TV Plus app and press and hold the enter or select button on the remote. This will bring up two options. ‘Move’ and ‘Remove.’ 2) Navigate to ‘Remove’ and select. This option brings up the ability to remove the app icon or disable the service. 3) Navigate to ‘Disable’ and select. This will remove the service from the launcher bar and the channels from the TV Guide. Next, to improve your UI speed, please ensure you are running the latest firmware. Amazing TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV overall is very good though I only put 4 stars because of its storage space there isn't enough to have all the apps I want at the same time. The good news that overpowers it was that the TV had Samsung TV plus which is good to replace cable almost replace it. The thing I wanted most on the TV was a voice controller so I don't have to type ever again.

Great picture, poor “smart tv”

so, this is a wonderful tv, i love the picture it provides and the size i bought is great. my issue with it is that it never stays connected to the internet (wifi) and due to its location ethernet isnt an option without being a pain. i've reset the tv several times and it still doesn't stay connected. last time i reset it, it never even connected, its a pain. anyway

Love this Tv but…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Samsung Tv… It has a great picture, I love that if I want to game the tv auto adjust to game mode. Nice crisp sound software update that downloads auto so u don't have too. Best tv I've had in the last 20 yrs of buying. I'm also thinking about upgrading to a newer Samsung model 75 just to see Samsung can out do themselves lol…. They are their only competitors. They out do them self they stand alone in the television world.
