It only took me one day to learn how to use its features. The picture is crystal clear and the sound is pitch perfect. It works very well with my cable box and cable remote. picture quality is awesone. but thats the only good thing i have to say about the tv. it is super slow weather your switching apps or trying to scroll through a guide it just wont keep up with the remote. i have a 60 inch hisense (roku) upstairs and it is lightyears better then this tv. the android app on it is terrible.

I watch a lot of home improvement shows and I enjoy them more because of that. I even like the remote control that came with my television. It's easy to use and the key functions are big so it's easy to see them. I especially like that I can change the size of the picture on the screen and that it has a sleep timer. I'm very happy with my Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love that the Samsung tv has the ability to sync with my Alexa allowing me to use it as an alarm to turn on the news in the morning. I also have it set to turn off whenever I leave the house and to turn on whenever I arrive. I can also use my phone as a remote if needed which is super convenient. A lot of times I leave the tv on in the background with an art slideshow and it is so seamless on the wall it mimics a painting. Great product.

nice tv. sharp picture. better sound than last tv. only issue i had was the remote is too small and has an awkward layout. cursor keys near the bottom? that means using 2 hands to use them. dvr keys were ar very bottom too. i decided to use dish remote because its bigger and everything worked great until i selected prime. the tv said the dish reciever was off. it wasnt. i eventually found the setting to turn off the smart device thing. now it all works great.

loved this tv for the first few months when it worked. first it stopped responding to commands via the remote. after a factory reset it worked briefly. took it in for a warranty repair that took two weeks. got it back two weeks ago, and now i can no longer connect to my home network even after doing multiple network resets. had this device for 9 months... not worth the headache. i'm out.

pros: just got this yesterday and it has great pic and a good value for the money. cons: (1)the remote was a total disappointment! its has a mind of its own and keys are way to close to each other and no back light and is a pain to use when the lights are off (2) smart tv software needs a update !!m

The pictures quality is just right and it gets a lot of afternoon sun, closing the curtains help. The only issue is the remote is too small and I always have it upside down. Overall very happy and would recommend this TV to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been enamored with Samsung televisions. Samsung is the only brand of television in my house. I have one in each bedroom, the kitchen, family room and one in my outdoor living area. The picture quality is unequaled in my opinion. I'm delighted with the functionality of the remote control the ease of use between applications. The SmartThings app is helpful as well. My only complaint which is minor and not a dealbreaker is the apps will occasionally freeze up. The remedy for this has been to remove the power source and reboot the set. I'm a Samsung fan for life!
