Love my Samsung tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how clear everything is and how at times the picture looks live. It also has great color. However I don't know why the sound quality is so low. Most of the time I have to turn it up to 100 and it's still not loud as it could or should be.

Absolute stellar TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this tv. Perfect picture, perfect combination of realism and ultra high definition picture. What I like most about the TV is the interface, it's crisp, snappy and little to no lag. I can browse through the menu option with out getting frustrated like on any LG TV I've ever owned. The price is extremely affordable and it's just overall best bang for the buck. Highly recommend, extremely happy. 5 stars all the way.

Beautiful picture (in bright scenes)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When you buy a buy a Samsung TV, you pretty much know you're gonna get a TV with a good picture. We've had this TV for 8 months and use it to watch movies and series. Usually using the built in apps like Netflix, Disney+, HBO and Amazon Prime. Sometimes we use a cable box (Spectrum). The picture is clear and bright with vibrant colors, in most scenes... The problem is in dark scenes. The dynamic backlight makes dark scenes way too dark to watch. You can't change the dynamic backlight. I dug around the picture settings, tried lots of things but nothing affected the backlight. You have to close the drapes, turn off the lights and fiddle with the picture settings to watch the scene. Then, you have to undo everything when a bright scene appears. It does this on all the major streaming services (Netflix, Disney+, HBO, Amazon Prime,...) using the built in streaming apps. It does this with big budget movies and series. I'm not sure but I suspect it has something to do with HDR (High Dynamic Range) content. I wish I could disable it. My older Samsung TV wasn't like this.

What a great TV to own!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I saw this on display, I had to have it. The picture is so crisp and clear it's as if I was looking through a window. It was so easy to set up right out of the box. This TV will not disappoint. Blacks are black and the picture is very sharp. A great buy!

Best quality picture I have ever owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had several 4K UHD TVs in the last few years from different brands, but this one has the best picture of them all! Crystal clear colors, seamless contrast transition s and lively progressive color palette. Absolutely love it!

medocore TV, terrible software & support

this replaced an off brand 4k from 4 years ago. i didn't like that one. i like this one less. the picture is alright, but the sound is tinny. the built in software is terrible. the remote by itself is just fine, but working with the software, no. to add insult, support is absolutely abysmal. to add insult i just have support lie to me for an hour. they will sell your data and tell you they don't.

Crystal Clear Picture

The only issue I have is on the casting from a laptop. I noticed that the wireless connection drops and it is quite annoying. I hope support can help me at no cost.

Almost perfect to me.

I would only take off half a start but I see that's not an option so with that said, the size is awesome (75), sound is good, picture quality is dope, the features are really nice! Next year I'm buying another Samsung but bigger like 85 and bigger 😎 so the apps are good, plenty to download, my only issue is it tends to lag when browsing through apps and I know it's not really made to browse the internet (Internet browser app included) but that experience still need to be improved

Good Value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After my LG TV picture quality continued to decline with a dark cloudy area over 1/3 of the screen after only 4 years use I thought it was time for a replacement. I did not want to spend a huge amount especially considering the short life of my past investment. I read a number of reviews prior to deciding on the Samsung and so far I am very pleased with the TV overall quality and picture. Setup was also easy. Now just hoping for many years of good service.
